Cotswold Heating Solutions have installed a SunAmp water heater for me along with an Eddie solar diverter to take power from my solar panels. Their service has been excellent at every stage from initial enquiry, through the sales process, aftersales and scheduling fitting and ultimately fitting and commissioning. The team in the office were always very friendly and helpful and then the two-person team who did the installation were excellent. Setting up the wifi links for the new Eddie device was complicated but the electrician did it all for me and patiently solved issues interfacing with my existing system. The plumber explained the SunAmp controls and service requirements clearly and helpfully. Highly recommended.

I contacted Cotswold Heating Solutions (CHS) as I wanted to replace an old fuse board and install a more efficient alternative to an immersion heater. Service was immediately fast and friendly. Sarah and Jo were very good at getting the paperwork out promptly with an information pack on the Sunamp Thermino sent in advance of Simon's initial visit. He took time to explain the product and highlighted a complication with the installation of the Sunamp in a flat where the fuse board was outside the front door. His visit was followed by 2 pre-installation checks by CHS electricians/plumbers to ensure they had a cabling route worked out and knew where everything was located. Installation of the fuse board and Sunamp went very smoothly. The CHS staff were very efficient and friendly, getting straight on with the installations. Explained the operation of the Sunamp clearly and the extent of the warranty. The team made sure that everything was cleared up and tidy before they left. I was very impressed with the care taken and the quality of their work.

Having decided to supplement our central heating with stand alone radiators in 3 locations we contacted Cotswold Heating Solutions in respect of their electric radiators. This proved to be an inspired decision as the level of service we received was absolutely first class. From Billy who provided the quotation, Sarah who maintained communication with me throughout the process, Jo who handled payment and fitting to the expert technicians who handled the installation nothing was too much trouble. What a refreshing experience, thanks again to you all. I would suggest that if anyone has need of new electric heating or hot water installations genuinely look no further. You cannot improve on perfection.

When we decided to replace our old oil-fired boiler with something more modern, there were a lot of choices. CHS helped us find the solution that worked best for us, got the job done quickly (but within the timeframe that suited us), was on site on time on five separate occasions in total, and the guys who did the work could not have been friendlier. Some of them did drink an astonishing amount of tea, but it was a pleasure to keep it flowing! We were pleasantly surprised at the cost of the project, with no hidden extras.

Cotswold Heating recently fitted me a complete new heating system From quotation to fitting, I only experienced a complete and professional company. The removal of the old system and fitting of the new 6 radiators and a towel rail were completed very efficiently and with a minimum of disruption and mess all packaging and old radiators being removed All work was carried out to a prearranged schedule and in a very helpful manner I would therefore thoroughly recommend this company to anyone seeking a new electric heating system

After reviewing options a few months ago for solar power hot water, I contacted Cotswold Heating Solutions and yesterday the install took place. The guys arrived on time, friendly and professional. The work was done within four hours with minor stops to mains water and electricity.

We first used Cotswold Heating Solutions in 2020 and were very happy with the service then. We have used them again to provide a heating solution for an extension to a holiday cottage in Wales. The initial advice was excellent- informative, helpful and with no ‘sales’ pressure. Our property is some way from their base in Stroud but they were very accommodating with regard to when they could visit to check the cottage out and update their layout suggestions. We were very impressed with the installation. A neat tidy job very professionally done and within their time frame. The handover and operating instructions were clear and concise.
