Ordered 3 heaters after their engineer came to tell us what would be needed, received calls on a regular basis informing me order status, When confirmed installation date the 2 engineers who arrived to install were very professional and efficient at their job, constantly cleaning up after themselves and removed old heating system and all rubbish when they left

I commissioned Cotswold Heating to install two electric radiators. All excellent in the following aspects - Keeping us informed on progress of order, arrival at alotted time for installation, polite, tidy and friendly installers (Mark and Tom), follow up post installation by Sarah value for money best compared to the three systems I asked for quotation. The two units are now working perfectly (installed 30.10.25) and we are getting used to seting schedules. I cannot fault their service to date and we would recommend them highly.

From the initial meeting with a representative to the final fitting of the radiators, it was efficient, time-effective and a positive experience. Very happy with the service provided when my heating was installed. The engineers arrived on time and installed the heating quickly. They cleaned up as they went and didn’t leave any mess. The controls for the heating system were explained and set up with me, allowing me to ask any questions I had. The programming app is easy to understand and use. I’ve not used the heating yet, but I hope to have a warmer house this winter. I would recommend using this company.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the service from Cotswold and the professional way the installation was carried out. From the initial visit and quote, which was straightforward and friendly, to the prompt and efficient way the installation was completed, the whole process was stress-free and gave me confidence in the investment I've made in the new heating system. It's also reassuring that they confirmed that they will be happy to be contacted for help again in setting up/programming the system when I use it for the first time this coming Autumn, since the summer installation.

Our whole experience with Cotswold Heating has been extremely positive. The salesman who came to see us after our initial approach presented the various options very clearly, without putting us under any pressure. The office kept us fully informed of the progress of our order and fixed a date for installation that was duly respected. And then on the day of installation the work was carried out in a remarkably efficient and friendly way. The old radiators were removed and the new ones installed in little more than three hours and the explanation that followed to help us use the radiators was very clear and helpful. The atmosphere throughout was very friendly and we would not hesitate to recommend this family-run concern.

Another tradesman was involved the following day to install the new shower, and he and Simon of Cotswold Heating Solutions had previously agreed between them what co-operation was needed. Mark and Tom, the installers, left everything as planned to make the plumber's job as straightforward as possible. This is the second time I have used Cotswold Heating Solutions and have been impressed by the reliability, trustworthiness, professionalism, helpfulness, and competence of all members of staff involved. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I have felt good from the initial enquiry to after fitting calls. The young rep accepted that I knew the product and wanted 2 heaters, so he measured up and quoted in record time. His professional approach outstripped that of a competitor who was slightly cheaper but left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I was kept up to date with the delivery of heaters, and an amicable date for fitting was arranged. Two delightful gents arrived, got on with the job, and cleaned up spectacularly. All follow-up calls have been professional and courteous. I would recommend this family concern in a heartbeat. Currently too warm to test the efficiency of the product!!

After extensive research we chose Cotswold Heating Solutions to install 8 new Radtherm radiators to our barn conversion home. Our decision was based on their professional approach to all our requirements and the quality & efficiency of the radiators. On the day the CHS installation team arrived on time and got straight to work, completing the job including tidying up by lunchtime, excellent service. All details of operating the radiators and warranty information was explained so we are now winter ready.

We needed 4 new heaters and chose Radtherm from Cotswold heating after home visit from their rep and from 2 other competitors. We have had excellent communication with them right from first contact. The rep was very informative and they kept us updated with the progress of our order. We chose them because of the 4 yr warranty on the thermostats (competitors gave 2 yes), competitive price, and all their staff are in house as opposed to sub contractors. The 2 electricians/fitters arrived on time, were very clean, tidy, friendly, and respectful of our home. They gave clear explanations of the system, installed the app on my phone and demonstrated/explained. Each heater has its own thermostat for manual control, as well as the app, which was a selling point for us. They had another job to go to but they took their time to make sure we were happy and understood how to operate the heaters. No pressure. As we're in the middle of a heatwave, I cannot yet say how effective the heaters are.

Our night storage heaters were upgraded to Cotswold radiators. The workers were efficient. Just got on with the work. Excellent communication skills. Well done team

Excellent service from start to finish, cannot fault anything. Started with an enquiry to the office staff very helpful & knowledgeable. Arranged a project advisor to visit ( Billy ), he arrived on time & explained everything, plus advised on the size of the heater, a very good experience. Fitted on 18/06/25 by Louis & Joe arrived on time, took old heater out & fitted new one, sorted all electrics and cleaned up any mess & took all packing away. The whole experience was very straightforward, and I was kept informed all the way by telephone. Well done, Cotswold Heating Services. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

The initial consultation & quote with Simon was detailed and answered all my questions. I was kept up to date with progress by the office staff until my Thermino unit was received. It was installed the following day because I was lucky and they had finished another job early. The installation engineer was very knowledgeable and answered more of my questions! He did a fantastic job with the unit installed in the kitchen and all the pipework installed behind the kitchen in the eaves. There was a minor problem with the installation but I was impressed by the way this was handled by both the office staff and quickly fixed with a 10 minute visit by the installation engineer the day after I reported the problem.

Recently had a Radthem radiator fitted in our Conservatory that last yeae was updated with Warm Roof and new windows. We chose the new flat panelled design radiator. The option to colour match to our existing wall colour, proved a good decision. From the initial contact right through to the completion of the job Cotswolds Heating Solutions have been brilliant. All the staff we came into contact with are very knowledgeable. Joe and Lewis our fitters arrived promptly at the time given. It took around 1½hrs to complete the fitting, including setting up the App as alternative option to control the radiator, instead of the built-in controls. All extremely easy to use. Love the schedule option, for turning the heater on. Very clever technology in this radiator. It definitely seems to be the right choice for our Conservatory room. This type of radiator my be at the higher cost level, but they are made to order. Carry 4year guarantee on the electics and 30 years on the body. The cost effectiveness we are looking for will I am sure justify the initial cost. All round very happy customers.

Excellent Service – Highly Recommended! I recently had a Sun Amp water tank installed and couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable – even the apprentice knew the product inside out, which was really impressive. The installation was neat and tidy, and they left everything spotless, even hoovering the stairs and landing. It’s rare to find such attention to detail these days. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone – a truly trustworthy and reliable team!

Kept me well informed about progress, delivered on time, very clean and quiet installation, completely hassle free. I now have instant hot water and vastly more cupboard space now that the ugly and expensive immersion heater has gone.

Needed to replace an electric radiator in bathroom. Situation and regulations left me with very few options and I knew it was never going to be cheap. We have had eight RadTherm radiators fitted, spread over three visits to suit our convenience. The company also recommended and fitted a Sunamp hot water heater which has transformed our hot water supply. All our dealings with the company have been excellent and we would highly recommend them.

We had a whole new electric heating system and Sunamp water system installed. The team that arrived were very personable, clean and tidy and they completed the job in less than a day. As we have additional work to come, they have been helpful in spreading the cost and dates for the work. Really responsive from the office side of things too, never any trouble getting hold of anyone and no questions were ever dismissed or ignored. I can highly recommend Cotswold Heating Solutions. Cotswold Heating fitted four Radtherm heating units in my second floor flat on 17/03/2025. The engineers arrived on time and were efficient and professional. They tidied up when the job was finished, and removed all packaging and the old units that had been replaced by the Radtherm units. I have not moved into the flat yet so cannot comment on how well the units work but the engineers ensured that I understood how to manage the controls, and the WiFi set up that I can use from an app on my phone when I do move in. They also left details about the after care service and said I could call any time if I had any questions or issues.

From the survey to the installation, everything went as smooth as silk. The surveyor was a very nice man who explained everything fully. The installation guys were on time and very friendly. They were very quick and cleaned up perfectly. Before they left we were given a full explanation of how the radiator worked. Cotswold Heating Solutions removed my old storage heaters and replaced them with electric heaters. Throughout the process from first contact to completion, I was kept informed by friendly office staff. In fact, the staff throughout have been friendly, efficient and helpful. The assessment was thorough and the Consultant who visited was very knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions fully, and I was appreciative of the technical information and advice which he provided. On the day of installation, the team arrived on time, set to work straightaway, and worked methodically, removing all the old storage heaters, taking them away and bringing in the new radiators which were installed very efficiently. There was no fuss and no mess. After the installation, both members of the team patiently showed me how to use the controls and repeated anything I didn't fully grasp.
