Very friendly service starting from the sales team going through to installation and after sales care. We replaced our gas combi with a sunamp and rad-therm radiators which felt like quite an intimidating undertaking but actually went very smoothly - and were impressed with the professional friendly attitudes from everyone. We had a minor issue with the sunamp about a week into installation which was fixed within 12hrs of me reporting it - very impressive.

I had a Sunamp Thermino 150ePlus installed last month with the Integration Package for Solar Panels. I was very pleased with the whole process, from my initial contact with the company to the completion of the job. It all ran smoothly as per the schedule quoted to me. The two engineers were punctual, very neat and tidy, and explained everything after it was all set up. I found everyone I dealt with at this company very helpful.

Cotswold Heating installed a Tepeo boiler for central heating and a Sunamp for hot water to replace a gas combi boiler. We previously installed solar panels and batteries and wanted to remove gas from the property. The team were friendly, professional and very tidy. The work was completed on schedule and fully explained. We are getting used to the system and maximising our solar generation output. The system is very simple to operate and similar to the gas system. We get the same heat output and have not had to replace any radiators/pipework in our 1960s-built bungalow. Much more practical than air source heat pump for this style of property. The only question is why the government still charges 20% VAT on this "green" option when it is so much more useful than air source?

It was not easy to find a replacement for our storage heaters on economy 10 tariff. They were hot and worked ok But not green or pocket-friendly! I found Cotswold and right from the get-go go they have been helpful. The Boss was good in his survey, informative but never pushy Wendy was always helpful back at base. The boys arrived spot on time and were a pleasure to have in the house. Knowledgeable competent timely and reassuring. Finn the leader was really good at all his job and very reassuring with it, as were his 2 wingmen. Everywhere was left immaculate and all works as promised. The job was done without fuss or tutting by lunchtime. The proof will be in the next electric bills of course . But I feel we have invested in the future with an excellent company who have a super culture and ethos. We are still getting used to setting the correct temperature , something we had no control over before! Thank you !

Our so called efficient storage heaters were actually very expensive during the winter months. As changing a heating system is expensive, I needed advise on a more efficient heating solution and how that would compare to our present storage heaters, 2/3 heating companies later I couldn't get the reassurance I needed. By chance, I saw an advert on my laptop for Cotswold Heating Solutions and their Energy efficient RadTherm electric radiators. I contacted them and and was very impressed when the Director of the Company, Simon came to see us. Using a sample of their radiators, he explained to us in simple terms how their radiators work so efficiently, and also discussed the best positions to install them in our house for maximum benefit. We purchased 6 radiators, had to wait a while for delivery as we ordered a dark grey colour, and that was worth it as they look lovely. Couldn't fault their communication with us, even when there was a delay in us getting funds from the pension company to pay the deposit, Hilary agreed a budget plan going forward and all went well. We were kept informed of delivery and installation dates, had a phone call a few days before to check we were still ok to go ahead. The installers were friendly, polite and super efficient, they removed our old storage heaters for recycling, and were very clean and tidy installing the new radiators. They also put the App on our phones and explained how to control all the heaters. Great customer service!

Cotswold Heating Solutions inspired confidence from our very first enquiries. We had wanted to come off gas, which involved taking out an old gas boiler along with connected radiators, and replacing them with a Sunamp Thermino for heating water, and electric radiators. The Sunamp in particular was a bit of a venture into the unknown for us. In retrospect, we are grateful for the guidance and advice given in helping us choose the right products for our requirements, as they have since been suiting our needs very well. Installation was over two days and was extremely well organised from the start. Each individual within the team was clearly highly skilled - and friendly - explaining things as they went along and making adaptations as required. They clearly wanted it to be right. Work was clean and tidy. We had a couple of issues that needed sorting once we actually started turning on the heating, but these have been dealt with very quickly. All other communications and queries have been addressed in a timely and easy manner, so we are reassured that there will be future support should it ever be needed. We would not hesitate in recommending this company

I have just had installed the Thermino Sunamp Hot Water Heater and 3 Thermal Storage heaters sprayed Pewter Grey.They look superb and I have to thank the very professional and helpful fitters from Cotswold Heating Solutions. They have done a very good job and the instructions and information in helping me downloading the app on my phone and explaining everything regarding the water heater and how to control the radiators was second to none.The communication with this company was very impressive and everyone was very helpful. The installation was done on the 20th August ,we had to wait for our radiators to be painted but they kept in touch with us throughout. I would use this company again if needed.

I’ve just had a Sunamp Thermino Heat Battery installed to replace my 30 years + immersion heater tanker. I chose Cotswold as they’d recently installed eight electric radiators which are great (see separate review). I had four water tanks in the limited roof space which I wanted taken out due their age and difficult access should they need maintenance. Mark the plumber and Luis the electrician arrived to carry out the work, immediately putting me at ease over any concerns and started on the job. When I went to see how they were getting on two tanks were already on the front lawn! The job went smoothly, even though Mark was working in very limited space, with high temperatures to match. The new Sunamp unit has created extra storage space in the cupboard and should reduce energy usage. We can also control the water temperature. Mark and Luis were polite, helpful, professional and they were a pleasure to be around for the day. Hilary in Customer Service is so friendly and helpful, as has been every one who I’ve dealt with. I have chosen Cotswold Heating Solutions for two jobs now and I highly recommend them. They are excellent.

The guys arrived just before 9am as stated and quickly got to work. While working on removing the old heating system they discovered some extra work which needed doing, they offered some solutions and were very clear and helpful. Soon after both radiators were installed and they were showing me how to use the smart control app. From the consultation visit to installation, Cotswold Heating Solutions have been friendly and helpful.

We commissioned Cotswold Heating Solutions to upgrade our water heating and room heating. We had a gas fuelled system which they removed and replaced with ceramic core radiators and a Sunamp water heating system. All the work was completed on schedule as agreed and all the redundant elements taken away for recycling. Mark and his team were very efficient and did all the agreed work to a high standard. They were great at explaining how everything works and setting us up with the app to control the radiators. The whole process from consultation to completion was made easy by this company. They genuinely are passionate about what they do and really deliver on service. I would happily recommend them to anyone considering such changes to their heating system.

The service we have received has been first class throughout, from our initial enquiry and both phone- and visit-explanation of the system and work required, through contact during the ordering period, to installation itself. The office team were always helpful, efficient and professional through phone and email contact, and the installation team were efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and tidy! I had a Sunamp heat battery installed by Cotswold Heating Solutions, before the installation date the company emailed me a questionnaire so that any potential problems could be resolved before the installation date, this was good. Hilary from Cotswold rang me the day before the installation to ensure all was ok with the installation date. The guys arrived on time on the day of the installation, the plumbing and electrical installation all went very well, the installation was very neat and tidy. And at the end tested the system out and gave me verbal instructions on how it was set up and how to operate and even helped me reprogram my existing gas boiler. Excellent Service all round.

The professionalism of this company was evident from the start thanks to Hilary, the Customer Service Manager. Her communication was always comprehensive, prompt, helpful and friendly. Clear explanations were given throughout by all, including at the initial survey conducted by Trevor, who was knowledgeable and attentive. The arrangements for the job to be done (the fitting of a Sunamp hot water battery and removal of the 45-year old water tank) were thorough and well thought out. On the day, Mark and Lewis were exceptional. Punctual, polite, cheerful, thoughtful (they checked if my dog would be okay with a little noise before using their equipment) and highly competent, the quality of their work was evident. They gave clear explanations of the battery functionality and subsequent paperwork and left the area spotlessly clean. I could not be more impressed with Cotswold Heating Solutions and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was looking for a company to replace our nine storage heaters, some being over 30 years old. Having done plenty of online research, I narrowed my choice to one company - Cotswold Heating Solutions. When I initially contacted them they answered my specific questions, so I booked a home visit with Simon, who then spent plenty of time with us looking at our options. We’ve subsequently had eight radTherm electric radiators installed, which look great and give us far greater control of our heating via their App. From start to finish, Cotswold has provided first class service and I’m very happy we gave them the business. Everyone I’ve dealt with at Cotswold has given friendly, professional service and I highly recommend them.

Installation of Sunamp water heater. Polite and efficient sales / admin and installation staff. Sunamp unit and all associated pipework and wiring neatly and professionally installed by people who obviously knew what they were doing. Everything left in neat and tidy state on completion. My only complaint is that I have nothing to complain about!

I had a new electric heating system installed in my flat. The initial visit went very well, with a clear explanation of what was needed, the total cost and likely timescale for ordering and completion. The new radiators I had ordered arrived more quickly than expected and were installed the following week in less than one day. The workers, who had to transport these heavy items some distance to my flat, were polite, friendly and efficient throughout. The instruction manual is easy to use. Communication with this company is easy and personal - no waiting for a robot-like answer! I am delighted and recommend them.

Wanting to move away from fossil fuels we carried out research into heating and hot water solutions for our house. We obtained brochures from a small number of companies and had visits from Cotswold and others. From the beginning we liked their ethos of being a family company offering premium products with Simon taking time and care to answer numerous questions and provide variations on the original estimate. Once we placed our order we were put in touch with Hilary who was excellent at overseing the whole installation, liasing with us on dates and answering any further questions we had. The installation took three days as they had expected. The team (Finn, Luis, Mark and Toby) arrived on time each day and took care to lay down protective covers. They were excellent at problem solving and carried out the work effectively while answering all of our questions along the way. The team cleared up well and took away our old radiators, water tank, pipes etc. So far, the Sumamp heat battery together with the Fonital bathroom towel rail and the Elkatherm radiators have performed well. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. The products are premium and the customer service is exemplary.

I am lucky to live near Stroud. Needing a replacement storage heater I came across this company, cannot remember how, maybe google.. I was sold as soon as I walked into their offices. The service before during and afterwards was outstanding. Good communication with emails and response time. Should there be a mishap I am confident that I will be well looked after. Purchased standard white radiators and a towel rack. The process was very smooth and efficient from the start to the end and communication was excellent by the sales rep, Russell and office contact Hilary. The actual installation of the heaters and the towel rack was done by Mark and Toby - efficient, friendly, helpful, clean. They also explained the operation via the App very well. From the first initial contact, to the home visit and through to the installation, the service was outstanding. We had old, dated storage heaters changed for new electric radiators. The rep (can't remember his name, sadly) was spot on and explained everything to my elderly mother in great detail about what would happen and when, that was easy to understand. Hilary in the office kept us up to date every step of the way. Toby and Mark, the fitters, were amazing from start to finish. They were very efficient and very nice people. They explained everything about how to use the new radiators with the app. They are very knowledgeable and cheery with it. My Mum is very pleased with the products, as am I and the service was first class. The price was a lot less than we had both anticipated and proved great value for money. In the first instance I received a personal visit and advice from Simon in choosing the right heaters in the right places for my bungalow. Later, Toby and Finn, Cotswold-Heating-Solutions fitters, did an excellent job installing my new A++ Elkatherm electric heaters in every room and showed me how to use them. These handsome, top notch German-made highly efficient heaters will make my bungalow warm and cosy all winter long as I see savings in my electricity output. I am delighted I chose Cotswold-Heating-Solutions and I know I can rely on them should I need advice in the future.

Late last year we used Cotswold Heating Solutions to replace the old immersion tank with a SunAmp battery water heater and an electric kitchen radiator. Simon quoted and was friendly and knowledgeable. The quote was competitive and the work undertaken in good time, quickly and efficiently. The fitters were polite and tidy as well. Only minor issue (not the companies fault) was the app for the kitchen heater didn’t run IOS as it was so new. They swapped the controller to a different one that did use IOS and would be in touch with the new one when the app was running. The SunAmp water heater is brilliant. Mains pressure hot water, can be charged by solar or cheap let night rate electric. It feels so much cleaner and not having the boiler on to heat water either is great. A few months on and Cotswold Heating had kept us in mind and remembered we needed the different control panel for the radiator without my prompting. Came out and swapped over with no hassle and again friendly workmen. Great service and would highly recommend.

Toby and Mark who fitted our new radiators were very prompt polite and efficient with this installation. They were very attentive in performing also explaining the instructions of operation. Hopefully the heaters will be as effective as they appear to be.
