After considerable research, I chose Cotswold Heating Solutions. Not only did they answer the phone immediately they were always knowledgeable and informative. Initially, I was slightly nervous as it was a considerable outlay for my rental property but I believe in the long term a canny investment as endorsed by my accountant and Estate Agent. It will make my property more saleable, no more outdated old fashioned storage heaters and an inefficient water cylinder with no header pressure putting prospective buyers off. My 2 new ELKATHERM radiators look super smart and my tenant was rewarded after a long day in London with a very hot bath provided by my thermal heat battery SUNAMP. The water pressure is fantastic and it looks so smart in the cupboard and has created much more storage space. The radiators APP is so easy to use. It took about 3 hours in total and Toby, Mark, and Ricky couldn’t have been more professional. The changeover with the electricity supplier OCTOPUS was seamless so all in all myself and tenant are extremely pleased. Also having spoken with people who say the removal of old storage heaters is difficult this was not the case with Cotswold Heating Solutions. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to you.

We had a survey done with Cotswold Heating Solutions after moving into an all-electric flat in November 2022, and soon discovering that the hot water tank and wet central heating system was terrible. The cost to run it, in comparison with what we got from it, was awful. Even on an Economy 7 tariff with cheap electric overnight. Russell attended and conducted a survey, measuring up each room in order to recommend radiator sizes, and also checking that we could accommodate a Sunamp. He is a credit to the company - really friendly and helpful in answering all our questions, as well as some follow ups after he had left. We decided to opt for a Sunamp first of all (radiators most likely later in the year due to our financial reasons). As part of the price, the team also removed our hot water tank and radiators. The team were very efficient and friendly people - who also gave us a thorough demonstration of how the Sunamp works before they left. It's only been about three weeks so far, but we are already seeing savings on our daily electric use, and it's so good to get hot water on demand as opposed to relying on it staying hot all day in the cylinder. Added to that, the Sunamp uses half the kWh input that the cylinder did. It's been a no brainer for us in terms of solving the hot water problem we had. I would recommend Cotswold Heating Solutions to anyone. Everyone I dealt with was great.

I found this company via a Google search after looking at other firms. They provided a quick efficient quote which was very competitive. The person who attended to prepare the quote was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Once I decided to go ahead they provided the heater quickly and efficiently. The work was carried out to a high standard and I am delighted with the result.

We recently replaced our old night storage radiators and hot and cold water tanks with up to date electric radiators and a new Sunamp heater. Cotswold heating carried out the work with a minimum of mess and within 5 hours all the work was completed. We were always kept informed of our orders progress until installation and any questions we had were answered quickly. Cotswold heating were competitive and for us installed the heating that best suited our needs. We would recommend Cotswold heating and are now looking forward to arm winters and plentiful hot water.

We had two storage heaters downstairs which were life expired and one failed between Christmas and New Year. We contacted the company and Simon came to assess, explain everything and quote for our requirements. We were told that there was an eight week lead time and this was honored. On installation day the two installers were prompt, courteous, clean and sociable. They installed our equipment with minimal inconvenience and once done explained fully the operational settings. We have had them installed now for two weeks and are very happy with the operation.

I received very good service and attention from both office and installation team staff when replacing an old night storage heater. I required extra information and helpful advice in familiarising myself with new equipment and this was well supplied.

Cotswold heating supplies replaced my old electric storage heaters downstairs ( 3 in number ) . They arrived on time and took the old heaters out with a minimum of disruption ! Great team and also very tidy , more than pleased with this team and from initial enquiry to finish cannot fault this company ! Very quick from enquiry to site inspection visit. Very impressed with installers determination to get around problems like a heavy unit and stairs, and supplying dedicated electric feed to unit. The electrican and the plumber worked well together. Very tidy job. The clever bit of the setup are the electronic devices Harvi and Eddi. Harvi sees if there is any spare PV and Eddi sorts out the charging. The installer set up a booster charge between 4am and 6am so the SunAmp is charged, if it needs it, ready for the morning. In my set up, it usually means it drains the general storage battery, ready for the new day, which is ideal, and tops up with grid if needed. It will really come into its own from March when I get excess PV production.

We chose to use Cotswold Heating Solutions in part due to the excellent reviews. They have not disappointed at all. A really friendly and professional team - from the initial meeting and quote through to the chaps who installed the heater. The Elkatherm heater looks great. After installation we were given a quick lesson on how the functions operate, which seem reasonably straightforward. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend this company.

From first contact and survey the surveyor was very professional, discussed my needs and explained the best and most economical system that would benefit my needs. Order was placed and Cotswold Heating, kept me informed of the progress of my order, once my order was in stock they called and made appointment for installation and this was completed within one week of that call. The installation team were very polite, punctual,courteous and professional. They discussed any issue with installation to suit my needs rather than just go ahead and install. They were very clean and tidy tradesmen with use of dust sheets, vacuum cleaning as each area was completed. I would highly recommend Cotswold Heating Solutions for any work that may accommodate your needs. I am a professional tradesman myself and would carry out my work in others homes as I would like it done in my home, these guys filled that criteria perfectly. Cotswold are professional - helpful - the Elkatherm is a high quality product - great service - tidy installation. The control App would be my only gripe - it is not intuitive at all (and I'm quite good with technical stuff!)...it works fine once you get to understand it though. Expect the App will be improved over time, so not a real issue.

Excellent service from start to finish! The whole team were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Great communication at every stage. The heaters were installed quickly and instructions given as to how to operate them - I also found a very helpful video on You Tube! The heaters look good and take up minimal space in a small flat. I have no hesitation in recommending this company!

Dealing with Cotswold Heating Solutions Ltd has been a pleasure from start to finish. From the initial visit, by Simon, to the installation by a very professional team I cannot fault anything. Excellent level of communication throughout the process. The installation team was prompt, efficient, friendly and did a thorough job including cleaning on completion of the installation. Detailed explanation of the heating system including zones and use of the associated app. Essentially set and forget. So pleased with the supply and fit of the heating solution that an order has been placed for a hot water system. Can't say more than that!

Cotswold Heating Solutions Ltd. provided and installed a Sunamp Thermino 300e to give us an electric alternative for hot water supply, allowing us to remove our gas boiler. Cotswold Heating Solutions were very good throughout my dealings with them from first call and discussion of the solution I was looking for, to organising specialist delivery (it's heavy!) and the trades needed to complete the installation. The solution is working a treat.

Cotswold Heating installed Elkatherm Radiators, and a Sunamp Water Heater. This was to replace an ageing gas central heating system. They allowed two days for the installation, and it was completed in one. Five 'installers' arrived first thing, and the job was done by 'close of play'. All trades (plumbers, electricians, etc.) worked well together, and with good humour - and no blaring radio! All waste materials were removed from site and our house left in good order - just the decorating to do! We are particularly pleased with the Sunamp. This works in conjunction with our solar panels, and it makes a change to have hot water on tap - our combi boiler took an age to deliver, with considerable waste of water. From initial consultation to installation, we have been really pleased with Cotswold heating and the products they supply. We are happy customers and would whole heartedly recommend them.

Cotswold Heating Solutions were excellent from start to finish. They were very willing to give their time and advice and kept me informed throughout the process, providing realistic delivery times. On installation day, the team arrived exactly on time and removed two old storage heaters, replacing them with two new Elkatherm radiators. I felt very confident with the installation and the radiators are very effective in heating what was previously a very cold room.

A fantastic service provided from the initial consultation to the installation. We were kept fully updated with regard to delivery and notified promptly of any delay regarding delivery due to the product being manufactured outside of the UK. Elkatherm radiators installed throughout the whole of the house bringing the heating system up-to-date. The fitting crew were prompt, courteous and a pleasure to have in our home. Everything was set up for us and a full demonstration provided as well as the info pack and how to seek help if required. The fitting crew even hoovered and tidied up all areas where they had been working. An excellent service from start to finish.

A very professional company who take pride in their work and which is to a very good standard. Engineers arrived on time on the due date and cleaned up after their work was completed taking away the old electric radiators. We asked for 2 minor changes to the original work scope which the company were flexible enough to carry out. I would certainly recommend Cotswold Heating Services. I had 3 Elkatherm radiators installed to replace old storage heaters. Simon visited initially to check the property, gave comprehensive advice and options, and provided the quote. The heating engineers, Ricky and Charlie, were a great team. They were careful about checking everything before they started the work. They installed and checked everything, and they left the place tidy. The set up of the app to control the radiators was straightforward too. I'll see how the heating is longer term when I've moved in completely but so far so good. It's a transformation! And not forgetting Jo in the office, always quick to respond, it was a pleasure to work with this family business. Thank you!

The work was split into two phases. 1st was strip out (gas CH, radiators, visible pipework), installation of sunamp (hot water) plus a requested variation to replace the WHB taps to the bathroom with better quality taps that I'd acquired. This occurred 5 November 2021. The 2nd phase occurred on 19 November 2021 (requested 1-2 weeks between visits, enabling some re-decoration, particularly to bathroom). During the second, we had three elkatherm heater/radiators installed, plus heated towel rail and a further requested variation - a new extractor fan. A truly excellent team of three (M, R and C), highly competent, friendly, tidy and trustworthy, were involved in the installations (including fitting interior and exterior ventilation grilles where the gas flue went through the masonry walls). We LOVE the sunamp and the elkatherm (bespoke colour) radiators. My views are that the sunamp provides water at better pressure to the shower/bath and at more immediate, consistent temperature. The heaters are versatile in the degree of control (4 mode settings) and a surprise for me was the integrated control display (no separate thermostats on walls). Gas CH cannot continue (my view) if we are to meet our environmental targets and we are glad that we have done this NOW. CHS are, in my view, well ahead of the 'field', were more competitive than the competition we invited to price, and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to others considering making a similar eco-friendly move.

When we first bought our apartment the only heating was night storage running on eco 7. We knew very early on that this will not do and it g=had to be replaced with a more modern, convenient and maybe even a lower running cost. The problem for us that due to the property being Grade 11 listed Gas would be very difficult to install so electric had to be the way. I looked at various options and quotations and arriving at Cotswold Heating Solutions ticked all the boxes. We had a very good and clean installation with an Elkatherm system that worked a treat. But I made a mistake... I failed to have a radiator in our spare room which I use either as a study and a second bedroom. Over a year later I called Simon, the MD and requested this to be done. Maybe a week or two later and it was fitted - perfect. It was fitted superbly well, no panic and now our apartment is so ready for winter. Fitting these radiators may not be the cheapest solution but for us its about our comfort and thats where CHS come into their own. The programing took me a while to get my head around but now we're there. And to use an old expression 'we should have done it ages ago' - with Cotswold Heating Solutions. If this reads like a solid piece of promotional advertising copy, then its only because the service and the product deserves it. Brilliant, cant say better than that.
