Craig responded quickly to our request to our telephone approach about our faulty flat roof. He took photographs and sent us a written quotation that we we happy with. The work was carried out a few days later to our complete satisfaction. We were so pleased with the work that we asked Craig to repair and overhaul our guttering system. Again we were very pleased with the result. In both cases Craig and his team tidied up after themselves and took away all the rubbish. We would recommend him to anybody.

Craig and the team were very courteous throughout surveying, communicating and carrying out the work. They were efficient and very tidy in disposing of rubbish etc. I will use their services again in future and would recommend to friends/family.

Craig seems to have managed to fix a recurring leak that we've had for 9m around the chimneys on our roof, after 2 other roofers have tried but done poor jobs. Having been burned twice, we were exceptionally thorough in choosing the 3rd person to use. We chose Craig because he is a Which Trusted Trader, he actually went up on the roof to investigate the issues properly, his quote was competitive, he answered all our questions convincingly, and he could fit us in within a reasonable time. He redid all the leadwork around both chimneys, which was completed just before Storm Arwen. So far it's withstood that storm, strong winds, heavy rain and snow! We had a concern a week later about a wet patch of felt, and Craig came out promptly to check it, which was greatly appreciated. Craig is easy to get hold of, and pleasant to deal with. We would definitely recommend.

Really good communication with Craig from start till completion of the job really easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. The quote I was given was a really good price and exactly what I paid with nothing added. The roofers turned up every day till the job was completed which was very professionally and efficiently done with all rubbish taken away and a well cleaned up garden. Craig and his team provided us with a complete new roof for our bungalow and I must say I was very impressed with all aspects of their work particularly the organisation and logistical arrangements for materials scaffolding skips etc which ensured minimal disruption. I had 3 estimates all very close but I chose Craig because he was the only contractor who actually got on the roof and did a full inspection and costing exercise. Much in demand which is a clear indication of his work quality I had to wait 3 months for a start which was made clear to me when I accepted his quote. All I can say is that the wait was well worth it! Many contractors from differing trades tend to roll up in the morning anywhere between 8.30-9.30. Not Craig and his 2 assistants who turned up on all 5 days before 8 and cracked on. Needed to replace garage roof total replacement board and rubber topper, so refreshing they turned up when they said, realistic quote explained what needed doing and what not necessary, no sales pitch, came back quote and clarified questions I had, agreed price and work needed, turned up as arranged, the roof is perfect and I am so pleased with results, all old roof removed and licence for disposal so not worried about dumping, site left immaculate, the team were brilliant asked me to check when job finished explained all work done, no money up front invoice and guarantee sent on completion I would highly recommend them.

Had a roof leak so gave craig a call as he was local, he came for a look the same day. Took a pic from top of ladder to show me the broken tile. Two days later new tile fitted leak gone. Great job craig, any more roof trouble and this is my first port of call.

I had been trying to get my flat roof on my extension replaced for a while but was let down by somebody who priced for job but did no answer phone calls and texts to give me a date to start. I knew it was on its last legs so was worried how long before leaks would appear. I noticed Craig Bridges was doing a new roof a few houses down from mine. I made enquiries about Craig with the house owners and they were delighted with his workmanship. I consequently asked him for a survey and price for a new roof which he obliged within a few days. I agreed to have him do the work. He soon got in touch to ask me if he could come the next day and do the job. I agreed to this. What should have been a days job took two days due to terrible weather conditions but it is now complete. I am very happy with the standard of workmanship and cleanliness. I recommend Craig and his team for any roofing job and have already asked for a price for some more work.

I called Craig after reading his excellent reviews on Trusted Traders. He arranged to come out and discuss my requirements, which he did, arriving at the arranged time. I was thinking of having some Velux windows fitted in my kitchen roof. After some discussion, I took his advice and decided instead to have 3 Sun Tunnels fitted. His solution meant a lot less work and mess, for the same result, and at a cheaper cost to myself. Craig and his team fitted the Sun Tunnels in one day. They worked non stop, covered my floor to catch all the mess, and cleared up all the mess, inside and out, and took it all away. The estimate for the work was fair, and that was the amount on the final invoice. I can highly recommend Craig, and he will be the only person I will call, if I need more roofing work in the future.

I selected Craig because of Which Trusted Traders and the strength of the customer reviews posted on the site. Craig properly inspected the existing roof to a single storey extension and took his time to understand the problems and to consider the best solution. The issues we were having were complicated and included a badly designed fallpipe system directing rainwater from the main house roof to the roof of a single storey extension, incorrect roof tiles and incorrect leadwork resulting in rainwater running down the outside wall rather than into the gutters. Craig and his team arrived on time and completed the work to replace the single storey roof and guttering. The existing fallpipe system was adapted to better direct the rainwater from the main roof directly into the gutter lower down. The new leadwork was correctly fitted and a new box gutter added. An extra fallpipe was also added to better direct the water from the lower roof. A new dry ridge system was used. To say that Craig and his team are hardworking is an understatement. They did not stop - even when the snow started! Extremely professional, thorough with attention to detail. The work was completed at the agreed price and is guaranteed for 10 years. I would not hesitate to use Craig again and would be happy to recommend him to friends and family.

This is the second job Craig has done for me, and it consisted of removing an old extension roof and replacing it. I have found Craig to be very professional. Nothing is too much trouble, He was happy to discuss any worries I might have. He arrived at the location required when he says he would. Took the time to do the job that he said he would take, and used quality materials. Also I was given a ten year guarantee. Craig team cleared away the old roofing bits I would fully recommend Craig and his team for roofing, jobs.

Had Craigs team to replace a leaded flat roof, they did a decent job. Then had them replace the roof lights (3 no) and sort a chimney. They did the job professionally and efficiently and at a fair price for the time and materials. The team were polite, clean and tidy. They worked safely and were helpful throughout.

I had an old leaking felt roof and opted for conversion to a reg compliant warm roof with an EPDM rubber covering. Craig and his team have done an absolutely superb job. Craig has shown a real commitment to getting the job done correctly and I am very happy.

Craig and his team are grafters. From start to Finnish two and a half days, to replace complete roof, soffits and fascia. New gutters and fall pipes. From quote to Finish two and a half weeks. Informed us every step of the way, when scaffolding was going up, skip arriving etc .

Barry came out to look at our roof and provided quotations for a couple of options. We decided to replace our ridge tiles and verges with dry ridge and verge systems. Craig and his roofer Luke started early on the agreed date and carried out the work quickly and efficiently over three days. The quality of the workmanship looks good - but the proof will be in how well the roof performs through rain and storms over the years. The work was completed at the quoted price. We agreed to some extra work at additional cost - repairing damaged valleys to the roof. Luke also fixed a number of broken tiles and other small defects within the agreed price. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of the job. Craig and Luke were pleasant and courteous throughout.

From the first contact to receiving the final invoice it has been a terrific job! After locating Craig through the Which Trusted Traders web site on a Friday, I emailed to say would he contact me. He did so, by email, the same day, promising a phone call the next day, a Saturday. He proposed coming over on Monday, and did so at the time arranged. An estimate followed quickly, the work starting very soon afterwards. His team were a delight to have around, working efficiently and with practically no inconvenience. They were polite, with a great sense of humour and showed a high degree of professionalism. The job was completed on schedule, leaving absolutely nothing to clear up and the invoice delivered, by email, shortly afterwards, with a friendly note. What a terrific experience! Very strongly recommended!

We have an old stone tiled roof that was leaking. Craig and his team did an excellent job repairing it, replacing all the valleys and repointing and replacing many of the tiles. The guys are really hard working, reliable and did a really good job. Craig gave us a fair quote for the work (we did get several other quotes) and was honest and upfront about any additional costs that may be needed. We are happy with the job done and would definitely recommend.
