TV screen went blank. I contacted Samsung, they asked me to contact Craigavon TV repair. ( they gave me their email & phone number). I contacted them, leaving. Brief description of what the problem was. I was asked if I could email some footage of the problem. I did this, I thought.this was amazing, I filmed turning the TV on, showing the blank screen ect, they were able to watch my film and detect the problem, saving time and call outs. I was contacted straight away, stating I needed a new screen. They said they would order one, that it usually takes a couple of days. Then they would be in touch to arrange a suitable date & time to repair the TV. It took just a couple of days for the new screen to arrive.( very quick delivery). We arranged a date & time, 2 days later. The time 10.00am to repair the TV. A couple of minutes early, the two men arrived and took the broken screen and replaced it with the new one. Literally 10 minutes the TV was fixed. No mess or anything, two very polite young men. I have never had such a straight forward, speedy, hassle free experience with any trade people. Although my guarantee had just ran out, Samsung agreed with Craigavon TV Repairs that there would be no charge. I couldn't recommend Craigavon TV Repairs enough. An amazing trader.with fantastic staff, Thank you again for everything.
