CRC Electrical were recommended to me and based on this I contacted them for a quote for solar panels. From the outset, I liked Christian, he came across as honest, genuine, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was patient and took the time to answer all my questions and wasn't a salesman. Ie genuine and confident in his product. His entire team, office and electricians were equally as professional. The office were extremely efficient and communicated verbally, by email and post when necessary. The team of electricians fitted 16 solar panels in one day, and were neat and tidy and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The guarantees and paperwork arrived within 2 days after completion and Lucy and Josh explained what everything meant and what to expect next in regard to how the solar panels connected to the main power grid. Absolutely 1st class service and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had 10 solar panels fitted together with the inverter & batteries. They were connected up to an online app to inform us of our usage, import & export to the grid & also the battery storage. The engineers all worked very well & were very helpful, clean & tidy in their work. We found them very efficient & the company informed us of procedures from the start. CRC installed solar panels for us last year and we were so pleased with the service and the panels, they were very professional and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble and the solar panels were up and running in 1 day. We have now moved home and CRC have installed a new system with battery storage at our new house, the team were brilliant and very professional as before.

CRC renewables installed a 20 PV panel solar array split east west, a Givenergy All in One 13,5kwh battery with gateway backup power and 6kw inverter. The CRC team arrived at my home early on the agreed installation day, 3 vans with all necessary equipment onboard and about 8 crew. Scaffolding was erected just a few days before. We had initially discussion to agree locations for the kit then the team got to work. Everything seemed to happen at once and very smoothly. Work was all completed in one day including commissioning and handover with explanation on controls. The installation was extremely neat and tidy. The site was left spotless and all waste removed. Everything worked as it should and the few questions I had subsequently were instantly answered. Overall a very pleasing experience and a great service.

I have had CRC do various installs over the last 2 years. First install solar pv system with additional home storage battery. Replacing an old small inverter but keeping the panels to maximise my generation. Second install was a small PV system on my garage roof. Third install was a second battery inverter to maximise my 2 home storage batteries. I am a fussy and dare say difficult customer, I work in IT and research everything doing multiple quotes before placing an order. I worked with the owner of CRC on each order to get exactly what I was after. A lot of companies will push their in-stock kit or items they have used before. CRC found/ordered exactly what I wanted and installed. They answered every question or change request, every email every text every phone call. They even worked out of hours if something in the install wasn't 100% correct. I have recommended them all my neighbours and my employer. I continue to recommend them to friends and family. They impressed me with their work and patience with me and all my messages. I expect speedy contact and CRC provide that. I will have them back for future upgrades and repairs. I cannot recommend them enough. My neighbours and place are work are also extremely happy with CRC.

We can't recommend CRC highly enough! CRC installed a 12kw solar panel system for us with battery storage earlier this year. The whole team were a pleasure to deal and they did a really neat job too! The systems was good value and we are now making significant savings on our energy bill. We wouldn't hesitate to use CRC again.

We had solar panels and battery fitted. The work was completed to a high standard and we were very happy with the installation and the professionalism of the installer and everyone we had been in contact with.
