Creative Energy did a superb job from start to finish. Very professional at quoting our job involving putting 16 solar panels on our roof together with batteries and inverter in a good place. The workman installing the panels and electrical were exceptional. Even though it was quite difficult to get to our fuse box they did everything to avoid us having any visible wires in the house. Absolutely amazing and glad we chose Creativ Energy for the solar installation.

I recently had 16 solar panels and a battery system installed by Creative Energy. The installation and scaffolding teams were excellent — professional, tidy, and efficient, and the system appears to be working as expected. However, the sales and payment explanation was disappointing. At the start, I was told there would be no cost and that Barclays Bank was supporting the scheme. Only at the end of signing was I told about a £500 deposit and that once the order was placed, cancellation was not straightforward. This important detail should have been explained at the beginning. I was also later informed about a £92.25 monthly charge for 25 years through Octopus Energy, which was not made clear initially. I felt pressured to continue after paying the deposit. So far, the monthly payment does not seem to reduce my electricity bill as suggested. Customers should receive clear information about deposits, cancellation rights, and realistic savings. Despite excellent installation, the lack of financial clarity left me feeling uncomfortable as a vulnerable pensioner.
