Creativ Energy

We agreed on 19 solar panels to fill the roof, giving us the best possible sell back opportunity to the grid. The scaffolding was erected in a few hours on the day scheduled. The roof work was delayed by one day, but we were not surprised as it had been raining in the area. Once they got started it took them until 14.00. And they tidied up before they left and Phill explained how it all worked and got us on the app. My husband is fascinated by the visual display that is easy to understand and although it had started to rain we were still feeding our battery. Convinced we have done the right thing. Just wish we had done it earlier especially with fuel costs going up.

I was very happy with the work done both the installer Creativ Energy Both were swift from the initial phone call to fully working installed service Was only a phone call away if any issues occurred happy with full service

From sales rep, design and installation, it was a very informative and efficient service. Installation was quick and the installers always kept us up to date with what they were doing and confirming things as they went.

I had a very good experience with Creativ Energy from start to finish. What stood out most for me was the amount of effort they put into making sure I was comfortable with the whole process. I received several calls to check that I fully understood what I was agreeing to and that I had not felt pressured or coerced in any way. Communication was excellent throughout. They kept me updated on what was going to happen, what to expect at each stage, and when things would happen. Everything they told me happened exactly as they said it would. The installation itself was impressively quick. I was expecting the solar panel installation to take about two days, but the team completed it in just one day. Even after the work was finished, Creativ Energy called again to confirm that everything had been completed and to check that I was happy and comfortable with the result. For me, this is going above and beyond what I would normally expect. The attention to the customer at every stage really put a big smile on my face. I am very pleased with the service and would happily recommend Creativ Energy to anyone considering solar panels. They are definitely worth it.

Really pleased with our solar panels. Blaine was really helpful and efficient. The team completed everything on time and within the timeframe we wanted. They left everything clean and tidy once completed.

We had solar panels fitted by Creativ Energy. The works were completed efficiently and professionally and everywhere was left clean and tidy. I thought it was great that I actually received a phone call during the installation to check l was happy with what was being done and another at the end of the day to check all had been completed successfully.

Dominic B. came over and explained everyting. Very patient and methodical. There was no question that was left unanswered and proved us that we are doing a good deal.

They done very good job and were very kind and went straight to work they were very hardworking I am very pleased with their work.

Darren was brilliant down to earth and efficient. He explained everything to me so I understood exactly what he was doing and what needed to be done. He was very friendly but professional as well.

We have solar panels fitted on our roof, but feel there is space for some more. My experience started when we spoke to someone in the company who arranged an appointment. The advisor came out on Easter Monday. He explained the whole process and how the job will be done. He worked out a monthly cost plan, which I was paying to my energy company. I was told I will not incur any other cost. On the 22/04/2026 the panels were fitted, which took a whole day. They helped me load the app.

Creativ Energy have been fantastic. They kept me informed of each task in a timely manner from start to finish of the whole job. Installation of the kit was a breeze, with installers who were also top-notch people. I highly recommend Creativ Energy to anyone wishing to install the solar panels.

I am extremely impressed with Creativ Energy! Initially, I had some discrepancies with Karl, the CEO, but he took the time to explain everything in detail and in a way that was easy to understand. His transparency and professionalism truly reassured me. I was very happy to proceed with the installation, especially since he offered me some great deals to meet my needs. The installers were also very professional and understanding throughout the process. I truly appreciate their effort and attention to detail. The installation was completed perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend Creativ Energy for their excellent customer care and quality work! This is a 10/10 company’s

Excellent service and very professional and friendly staff. Showed me how to use the app and the safety garters on the battery pack.

Creative Energy did a superb job from start to finish. Very professional at quoting our job involving putting 16 solar panels on our roof together with batteries and inverter in a good place. The workman installing the panels and electrical were exceptional. Even though it was quite difficult to get to our fuse box they did everything to avoid us having any visible wires in the house. Absolutely amazing and glad we chose Creativ Energy for the solar installation.
