Really happy with the service provided by creativ energy. From booking the initial appointment with the assessor to the installation of the solar panels, everything has been friction free. The team have been polite, friendly and very helpful too.

We agreed on 19 solar panels to fill the roof, giving us the best possible sell back opportunity to the grid. The scaffolding was erected in a few hours on the day scheduled. The roof work was delayed by one day, but we were not surprised as it had been raining in the area. Once they got started it took them until 14.00. And they tidied up before they left and Phill explained how it all worked and got us on the app. My husband is fascinated by the visual display that is easy to understand and although it had started to rain we were still feeding our battery. Convinced we have done the right thing. Just wish we had done it earlier especially with fuel costs going up.

I received several calls to check that I fully understood what I was agreeing to and that I had not felt pressured or coerced in any way. Communication was excellent throughout. They kept me updated on what was going to happen, what to expect at each stage, and when things would happen. Everything they told me happened exactly as they said it would. The installation itself was impressively quick. I was expecting the solar panel installation to take about two days, but the team completed it in just one day. Even after the work was finished, Creativ Energy called again to confirm that everything had been completed and to check that I was happy and comfortable with the result. For me, this is going above and beyond what I would normally expect. The attention to the customer at every stage really put a big smile on my face. I am very pleased with the service and would happily recommend Creativ Energy to anyone considering solar panels. They are definitely worth it.

We had solar panels fitted by Creativ Energy. The works were completed efficiently and professionally and everywhere was left clean and tidy. I thought it was great that I actually received a phone call during the installation to check l was happy with what was being done and another at the end of the day to check all had been completed successfully.

Dominic B. came over and explained everyting. Very patient and methodical. There was no question that was left unanswered and proved us that we are doing a good deal.

We have solar panels fitted on our roof, but feel there is space for some more. My experience started when we spoke to someone in the company who arranged an appointment. The advisor came out on Easter Monday. He explained the whole process and how the job will be done. He worked out a monthly cost plan, which I was paying to my energy company. I was told I will not incur any other cost. On the 22/04/2026 the panels were fitted, which took a whole day. They helped me load the app.

Creative Energy did a superb job from start to finish. Very professional at quoting our job involving putting 16 solar panels on our roof together with batteries and inverter in a good place. The workman installing the panels and electrical were exceptional. Even though it was quite difficult to get to our fuse box they did everything to avoid us having any visible wires in the house. Absolutely amazing and glad we chose Creativ Energy for the solar installation.

I recently had 16 solar panels and a battery system installed by Creative Energy. The installation and scaffolding teams were excellent — professional, tidy, and efficient, and the system appears to be working as expected. However, the sales and payment explanation was disappointing. At the start, I was told there would be no cost and that Barclays Bank was supporting the scheme. Only at the end of signing was I told about a £500 deposit and that once the order was placed, cancellation was not straightforward. This important detail should have been explained at the beginning. I was also later informed about a £92.25 monthly charge for 25 years through Octopus Energy, which was not made clear initially. I felt pressured to continue after paying the deposit. So far, the monthly payment does not seem to reduce my electricity bill as suggested. Customers should receive clear information about deposits, cancellation rights, and realistic savings. Despite excellent installation, the lack of financial clarity left me feeling uncomfortable as a vulnerable pensioner.
