After being let down by several double glazing installers, I turned to Which? trusted traders and selected Crest Windows and Conservatories Ltd. Everything went very well, from the quote to the installation of a double-glazed back door. I chose a door with an integral Venetian blind which I am very pleased with. The door is very high quality, the installers were courteous and hard working and explained carefully how the door operated; the site was left clean and tidy. I got the impression that they were proud of their work. I thought the quote was good value, and I have recommended Crest to a friend.

Two companies who were agents for the manufacturers declined to quote. The manufacturer told me that the reasons are that if they damage a part it might be difficult to source a replacement, and that there is more money in replacing the entire roof! Crest were able to quote for exactly what I needed, and their price was very competitive. The surveyor was knowledgeable and helpful and the quote was prepared quickly. The fitters were obviously familiar with the procedure, were well-organised, and were willing to clean some of the trim that I could not reach. I am very satisfied with the job.

Team of three arrived on time and worked solidly for two days. Workmanship was excellent and they cleared all rubbish and hoovered as they progressed. Any queries were answered. We are very pleased with the quality of product and have already initiated quote for further work. We rate the company very highly and will not hesitate to recommend them.

Replaced 3 sealed units in conservatory roof and installed a maintenance free window board in my lounge. Excepted service from start to finish. The window board was replaced without any damage to decoration. Left everything clean and tidy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Crest and will certainly use in the future.

After returning from holiday to find a pane of the sliding door between our conservatory and house had shattered we emailed Crest for a replacement and had a response from Colin the following morning, before 9AM, despite it being a Sunday. As Crest put in the unit originally they had all the specs and didn't need to visit to measure up, so the email was followed up with a quick call to confirm and then a prompt invoice. The price was reasonable and the unit fitted about three weeks later. The fitters were professional, friendly and completed the fitting in no time, despite it being a tricky manoeuvre given both panes had to be removed to get the broken on out. They left everything tidy. Overall, this is the fourth time we've used Crest and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had quotes for a bespoke garden room, Crest came in over £3,000 cheaper than anyone else. They understood what we wanted (which was not a standard conservatory), a feeling of being in the garden inside the structure. They were swift, tidy, respectful to the property and all was completed to budget and schedule. Absolutely thrilled with the outcome. They even supplied and fitted a free water butt which was not part of the deal and came back a few days later to make sure all was ok. They come highly recommended.

The men were friendly and professional. They arrived on time and got straight on with the job. They tidied up after themselves.

They replaced 4 windows on the front of the house. I am very happy with the work done. They arrived on time, and were very clean in the way they worked. Replaced some cladding around one window in order to give a perfect finish. I would be happy to recommend Crest Windows for this sort of work.

The large contract was handled brilliantly throughout and they were meticulous about clearing up behind them. They completed the project early, despite poor weather throughout the period.

We had a couple of broken-down windows replaced and other minor repairs. From the quotation through to completion of the work I could not recommend this company more highly. Accurate quote, kept informed on timescales, efficient, polite, and the work was over and above expectations.

I was kept informed beforehand and the men arrived promptly and set to work immediately. It was an unpleasant job and threw up unexpected problems which were dealt with cheerfully and efficiently, stopping only briefly to drink the coffee I provided. The job was to take out a rotting door and window from an outhouse. It had taken the brunt of the weather and it seemed practical to replace with weather resistant double glazing. Also replace fascia and guttering on adjoining garage. The end result exceeded my expectations, I am extremely pleased. There was no extra charge for the unexpected extra work involved and I felt that the work carried out was very good value for money. The men cleared away afterwards, leaving the patio area cleaner than they found it. I would certainly use these people again and recommend them to others. Full marks!

We spent over a year trying to find someone to replace some double glazed units in a hardwood conservatory roof. Colin and his team were happy to do it, attended on time and offered advice on the replacement. They were efficient ordering and then installing the replacement panels. From the start, they put our minds at rest, very helpful from speaking to the lady at their office booking in a survey, someone popped round within a couple of days to measure up no hard sell, 6 weeks later after survey had windows fitted by two men (all employed by company not sub-contracting) couldn't ask for a better company and based on Hayling. We had the whole house glazed, windows, doors and patio door. From the start the Crest team members were punctual, polite and knowledgeable. The product is great but better than that is the service, they answer the phone, they turn up when supposed to and no unsolicited calling and sales gimmicks.

Crest replaced 5 windows, in less than a day, on schedule and for the quoted cost. It was important the new windows looked the same as the previous, low-quality units - they do. Very pleased with the quality of the new units, workmanship and attention to detail. The house immediately felt quieter and warmer. Happy to recommend this company.

The quality of the work was to a high standard. They replaced two French door combinations, twelve windows, fascia, soffit and gutter. It was all completed on time and the cost was exactly what they quoted. Customer service was excellent and very friendly.
