The men were friendly and professional. They arrived on time and got straight on with the job. They tidied up after themselves.

They replaced 4 windows on the front of the house. I am very happy with the work done. They arrived on time, and were very clean in the way they worked. Replaced some cladding around one window in order to give a perfect finish. I would be happy to recommend Crest Windows for this sort of work.

The large contract was handled brilliantly throughout and they were meticulous about clearing up behind them. They completed the project early, despite poor weather throughout the period.

We had a couple of broken-down windows replaced and other minor repairs. From the quotation through to completion of the work I could not recommend this company more highly. Accurate quote, kept informed on timescales, efficient, polite, and the work was over and above expectations.

I was kept informed beforehand and the men arrived promptly and set to work immediately. It was an unpleasant job and threw up unexpected problems which were dealt with cheerfully and efficiently, stopping only briefly to drink the coffee I provided. The job was to take out a rotting door and window from an outhouse. It had taken the brunt of the weather and it seemed practical to replace with weather resistant double glazing. Also replace fascia and guttering on adjoining garage. The end result exceeded my expectations, I am extremely pleased. There was no extra charge for the unexpected extra work involved and I felt that the work carried out was very good value for money. The men cleared away afterwards, leaving the patio area cleaner than they found it. I would certainly use these people again and recommend them to others. Full marks!

Fantastic workmanship and friendly installers as always. Crest are our first choice for all windows, doors and conservatory works moving forwards. Gary and his team are brilliant to work with and happy to go that extra mile, even looking at a clogged drainpipe we had which needed further investigation.

We spent over a year trying to find someone to replace some double glazed units in a hardwood conservatory roof. Colin and his team were happy to do it, attended on time and offered advice on the replacement. They were efficient ordering and then installing the replacement panels. I would have no hesitation recommending them.

From the start, they put our minds at rest, very helpful from speaking to the lady at their office booking in a survey, someone popped round within a couple of days to measure up no hard sell, 6 weeks later after survey had windows fitted by two men (all employed by company not sub-contracting) couldn't ask for a better company and based on Hayling. We had the whole house glazed, windows, doors and patio door. From the start the Crest team members were punctual, polite and knowledgeable. The product is great but better than that is the service, they answer the phone, they turn up when supposed to and no unsolicited calling and sales gimmicks.

Crest replaced 5 windows, in less than a day, on schedule and for the quoted cost. It was important the new windows looked the same as the previous, low-quality units - they do. Very pleased with the quality of the new units, workmanship and attention to detail. The house immediately felt quieter and warmer. Happy to recommend this company.

The quality of the work was to a high standard. They replaced two French door combinations, twelve windows, fascia, soffit and gutter. It was all completed on time and the cost was exactly what they quoted. Customer service was excellent and very friendly.

Had new windows fitted by crest windows. The 3 workers worked very hard all the time they were here. Very clean the way they left our home when they finished, complete trust while they were in our home and would recommend this firm to anybody.

Gary and his team did a great job on refurbishing our old front porch. The whole process went very smoothly from the initial quotation visit to the day of construction. We recently had all our windows and doors changed. We got our quote in November 2020, but due to covid, we got them done in March 2021. I can't express how happy I am with them. From the first quote to the finish, the service and communication was outstanding. The guys worked quickly and was very tidy. They worked well as a team. Gary built our conservatory when we first moved onto the island and made a fantastic job. So for some advise I rang him about my roof, as to my luck him and his brother now work together and his brother is a roofer, they came around took a look and to my delight booked the job in for me. They came around and after stripping the tiles off made me aware of just how bad it was. then set about the repairs. Kept me well informed as to what they were doing as it went along. Finished the job and it looks wonderful and a professional job, clean and tidy all the way through. I was expecting to pay more as the job was more involved but NO it was the price Gary had quoted and very reasonable as well. From the beginning when Colin came to our home and we talk through which 3 windows and guttering needing replacing to the work being carried out, nothing was too much trouble. Their work was quick, neat and of excellent workmanship. Extremely happy and satisfied with the work and neatness and cleared away all rubbish. I have used Crest on a number of occasions to replace my windows and I have always been very happy with them. They have just replaced my front door and I'm thrilled with it. They had to delay the job because the door was not ready in time but they contacted me on a regular basis to update me. They arrived at exactly the time they told me and the job took exactly the time they had promised. They even did a minor repair job on another door without me asking them to. Crest were recommended to me by my daughter. They replaced an original 1930s door with a composite door, replaced two kitchen windows and replaced glass in three sections of two upstairs windows. The door is beautiful, fits well (unlike the 1930s door, which had gaps all round it) and is secure. The windows are great and look so much better than the originals, which were not the right size and had ugly cement beneath them to cope with the gap. Gary and his team used extra bricks to deal with this issue. They even adjusted another door (nothing to do with my order) as it was sticking. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, the competitive price, the helpfulness of those involved at every stage from initial discussions/ordering through to fitting. The company were recommended by a neighbour and fitted new soffits, fascias and guttering. The work was completed sooner than expected, and the team worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up each evening and left the site neat and tidy, taking all the rubbish with them. All of the workers were very pleasant and polite, and the work looks great. Crest replaced 4 sealed units in my windows and 4 panels in my porch. They also repaired the threshold on my front door. They were reliable, friendly and very professional. Quick and tidy work. I wasn't sure if my windows could be repaired but it seemed nothing was a problem for them. They were recommended by neighbours who I know have had good work done and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Crest were recommended to me 15 years ago and we have called on them ever since for replacement windows and glass in old windows. The owners are hands-on and work alongside their staff. I have recommended them to several friends who are also delighted with their work. Whilst not the cheapest Crest always come out as well priced compared to the big Nationals. What is more they return calls within hours and one speaks with the same person each time so there is no question of being passed an organisation.

The job was to replace a sliding patio door and three double glazed units that had broken down. This is the fifth time over the last fourteen years that we have used Crest and honestly wouldn't consider any other company. The team arrived on time and within two hours the job was completed and everything left clean and tidy. From the the first visit to quote to the completed job, everything was to our satisfaction.
