We had a solar PV and battery storage system installed at our home. Finding a company that would meet my expectations was an initial worry for me given the financial commitment I was making. My experience from dealing with the original sales enquiry to meeting and discussing my requirements with the salesman (Jack), through to installation and support with initial configuration problems has been a really positive experience. I included a smart EV charger with my installation and had initial setup and configuration issues which I highlighted to their technical support team. They were really responsive and had the issue resolved within a couple of days despite their other commitments. Overall I'm a very happy customer and now benefitting from the savings the installation has made to our overall household energy bills.

I had storage heaters in my house which I could not put on because they were too expensive. I own my own house. I have looked on the government website but I was not entitled to any heating because I was not on benefits then I had a knock at the door to say that government in this area putting in free heating for homeowners I was so grateful that homeowners are getting something out of the government so I had it done. I've got solar panels and heating put in my house now it's about time the government done things for the homeowners when everybody is struggling . I was very pleased the workers were really good

Solar panels fitted and all associated electrics. The company were very informative and communicated excellently. The workmen were polite and friendly and explained every aspect of what they were doing and made sure they left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them

I contacted CRG Solar to install additional solar PV capacity on my roof and to provide a home battery storage system. They were recommended to me by a friend who had just had an installation done at his home. After providing some details they provided a quote for the work which I accepted. A site survey was booked and carried out by a member of the team and the install was booked in about a month or so later. The install went smoothly and the team did an excellent job of neatly installing the panels, batteries and inverter and integrating this into my existing electrical services. We had some challenges getting the Inverter onto my home network for internet access but the team stayed later than planned until this was resolved and I was left with a working system. The work and system are excellent and I am very happy with the outcome.

CRG Direct installed 7 solar panels , inverter and battery to our property.Initial contact was with Dan who answered all our questions showed us exactly how many panels ,position on roof etc gave us great info on how system works.On the day of installation Solar equipment was delivered,scaffolding was erected. Solar fitters arrived got straight to work explaining everything that was going to happen cable routes equipment positions etc and made sure were happy ( which we were). They worked all day until completed ,tidied up no rubbish left behind explained how to use app to monitor the system. Very impressed with work done would highly recommend
