When we decided to replace our existing windows and doors, we chose Cristal because of the excellent reviews we found on this site. We were not disappointed. From our very first phone call enquiry we experienced prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. Steve came to us, gave us lots of helpful advice and showed us examples of the most suitable installation for our particular requirements. Dennis and Robbie who carried out the installation were punctual and highly skilled and respected our property at all times, leaving our house clean and tidy at the end of each day. We are delighted with the end result. Our house has lost its tired old appearance and has been given a new elegance.

We recently had a new front door and all new windows fitted, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Steve, Dennis and Robbie were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish — professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. Having them around in our tiny house never felt awkward. The workmanship is excellent, everything was completed in great time, and the whole process was completely stress-free. There were no issues whatsoever, and the team made everything easy and straightforward. I previously used Cristal Windows in 2021/2022 for the same undertaking, windows, external doors and full roofline replacement, but on an empty house. I was impressed enough to ask them to repeat the undertaking on two houses. As before Steve was meticulous in his planning and considerate of the difficulties in coordinating work on two mirror image houses, concurrently, with Tenants in residence. The work was undertaken empathetically, professionally and to a high standard. Always willing to please Dennis and Robbie worked tirelessly to accommodate the needs of the Tenants. I would not hesitate to recommend Cristal Windows.

We had our conservatory roof replaced. Steve, Dennis, and the team did a great job from start to finish. Their pricing is competitive, and they were patient with us wanting to change the design beforehand. The work was done to a high standard, including plastering. We chose Cristal based partly on feedback from friends and have been delighted with their work. Cristal initially installed new windows throughout the house, and we were so pleased with the service and the results that we chose them again to fit a new front door and garage door. Dennis and Robbie have been outstanding in their attention to detail during the fitting process and especially in their prompt handling of minor issues that arose. Their attitude throughout has been extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. A personal service from a very knowledgeable local trader, competitive on price, with fitters who worked hard to achieve a high standard of finish. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

It’s often difficult to find a reliable tradesman when you don’t have any background information, but after reading the reviews and choosing Steve and his team, I couldn’t be happier. The old conservatory roof leaked badly and my best option was replacement. I chose Cristal Windows and Doors following my initial contact because of the speed, competitiveness and clarity of the reply. The quotation was detailed and it was provided following helpful home visits by Steve and Dennis. The delivery of the roof units was ahead of schedule but Dennis and Robbie began work straight away. They worked cheerfully and effectively together and were a pleasure to talk to. Each day they always kept me advised of their progress and explained the intallation procedure and left the working area in a clean and tidy state especially after they had finished the total job. I had confidence in them and I am happy with the new roof. I can recommend the company and I have already accepted a quotation from them for replacement doors.

Our experience with Cristal Windows was seem-less from first quote to final installation. We found Steve to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We had several quotes for the work carried out and Steve's pricing was exceptionally fair, he was also not pushy. We had multiple old double glazed windows replaced with Grey Rehau triple glazed windows. The lead time for the windows to be on site was 5 - 7 weeks. The windows arrived within 5.5 weeks; and Installation was completed within 4 working days. The Installation team (Dennis and Robbie) were courteous, and in our honest opinion they accomplished the best finished product, for which we are grateful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to have replacement windows.
