We had three double glazed aluminium windows fitted upstairs. The two fitters worked quickly and efficiently and made a great team. They left the house clean both inside and outside. This is the fourth time we are using CRK for windows and/or doors and we have always found them to provide a professional and friendly service both on the admin and fitting side.

We recently replaced our front door with one from CRK and are absolutely thrilled. The previous one had a very bad draught, and it became apparent during the fitting that this was due to the wall on one side not being straight. The fitter had to make some adjustments to fit the door properly, but he did a brilliant job. The door fits perfectly, the quality is brilliant, and he left no marks or rubbish anywhere. We are still getting used to having such a lovely door, and are hoping to replace our windows with CRK next year! We would recommend CRK without hesitation.

From first meeting staff in the showroom to completion of the composite door installation (by the most competent Tim) we felt confident in our choice of supplier. CRK have fitted all of the windows and doors in our house over the years and always do a very good job. They offer a professional service, provide quality products and are always quick to respond with any queries or problems. Courteous installer who worked steadily without many breaks and did a thoroughly competent job of installing 3 windows. The result is first class. The 3.5 month wait between ordering and fitting was not ideal.

I want to say how happy we are with the door and the manner in which our fitter, Dan installed it, his work was neat and tidy, and his cheerful and friendly demeanour makes him a great ambassador for the company. The external grey combined with the internal Irish oak finish looks excellent and does a great job of matching the finish of our internal doors. All in all CRK have completed the job in a very professional manner and other than some delays due to suppliers and our mid-order change of specification we are very happy with our new composite front door.

I've used this company previously and was so happy with them that I have used them again. They installed 4 new sash windows at the front of my house over 2 days and were extremely professional. They cleared up properly after the first day of installation and I have no issues with them at all. I have recommended them to other people too, who I know have been very pleased with their work.

The service from giving advice on which door to buy, measuring up and fitting has all been excellent. Our house is old so we needed a wood-effect PVC French door. There is a good showroom with plenty of real doors and windows to look at as well as photos taken from previous customer jobs. The door was difficult to fit but Danny did a great job of making good the walls afterwards and took care to make sure that it looked good. He was polite and friendly and cleared up all the mess before he left. The doors look great, work perfectly and I would highly recommend CRK to others.

We had 3 new windows, a new front door and bi-fold doors to the rear. From start to finish the service was excellent, from the original house visit, through choosing the right products, helping us 'customise' a couple of things and through installation. No mess, no fuss, just good service!

From first visiting the showroom right through to the installation, I found all the staff members professional and obliging. Bruce & Alex were helpful in advising on the best product for our needs. Sarah & Laura keep us informed of our install date and our payment plan. Gary carried out the installation, arriving on site 7.45 until 17.50 Nothing was too much trouble, they worked non-stop whilst being considerate and careful of our home, constantly clearing and tidying as they went. Gary's determination to provide the best installation possible was his aim, and he surpassed that by miles. Jake assisted with the install, had only been with the company a few weeks, but already showed that he was keen to learn and do his best. We now have 4 perfect windows and the transformation of the rear of our house is better than we could have imagined. CRK Windows are a well-run company providing a quality product along with a dedicated staff offering an outstanding service.

Have already had the front door done by this Company and decided that the back door possibly needed greater security than the front one so arranged for this installation. Dealt with by a pleasant and competent fitter.

CRK have replaced all the windows in the house and we are very pleased with the result. From our first inquiry and showroom visit, we have found them very helpful and patient with our initial indecision concerning design and colour. CRK have recently replaced all of our windows and external doors - it was a big job with 21 windows, 4 French doors and 1 set of bi-folds being changed and our experience of CRK throughout the whole process was excellent. Customer service and communication was very good from our first contact with the company through to completion. Pricing was incredibly straightforward (there was no heavy sell just lots of information to allow us to make up our own mind) and feels like good value for money. The installers were brilliant - efficient, tidy, pleasant and really easy to have in the house. We were told the job would take 7 days and it did, with the installers even working through heavy rain. We're really happy with the finished result, the new windows and doors look great and we would highly recommend CRK!

Although I preferred to place our new window order with another supplier, my wife insisted that, although CRK were a little more expensive, they were the right choice. I'm glad I listened to her, as all stages of our order were executed in a friendly and personal way. Their suggested window style, for some of the windows, also proved to be a great success. A special thanks to Alex, who popped in recently to look at the windows, just to check and ensure we were still happy, and we certainly are.

We had known of CRK for many years and probably asked them to quote for windows in the past but this was the first time we have used them. We had been looking round at various suppliers, albeit limited by Covid restrictions, but were undecided between sliding patio doors and bi-folds. It was only the display, demonstration and explanation provided by CRK in their showrooms that allowed us to make our decision for sliding patio doors. The guy that came to survey the house was very knowledgeable and took care to explain how the floor and plasterwork would need to be cut back and what the new doors and repairs would be like following installation. The installation team worked cleanly and efficiently. Cover sheets over everything. Politely asked it they could assemble the frames on the lawn. First door set in on day one and preparation for the second. Day two the job was completed and looked wonderful. All the old materials and rubbish was bagged and taken away. The site was left cleaner than it was on their arrival! Unfortunately there was a spot on the inside of two of the panels but the fitters had noticed these and reported the need for replacement. A week or so later the same team were back again, dismantled the frame on the doors needing the replacement glass, replaced the glass and refitted the doors. Once again a clean efficient friendly service. Wonderful people to do business with, kept me informed all the way through and could not have been nicer.

Called CRK in for quote after seeing a local job & discussing. Their response led to the call. Had whole house done which included several windows, front door, side doors, patio door and french door. From start to finish, cannot recommend this company enough. From products chosen, a fair price, itemised schedule of works, administration, delivery, fitters, tidyness and Covid awareness 10/10. If only all companies were like CRK, their would be a lot of happy customers. Lessons could be learned by others!

Polite, efficient and effective service. Five windows replaced on a wet day. Fitting team worked hard and efficiently and completed the work in one day. Internally and externally everything left clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We contacted CRK to discuss having the all the windows and external doors replaced. Bruce Roper came to see us, and was extremely helpful, he suggested putting a patio door in the dining room instead of putting a window back in and we are so glad we did, it has made a fantastic addition to our home. Really happy with all my interactions with CRK Windows. The salesman was very helpful and not pushy. The installer was very friendly and professional. The office staff were helpful and friendly. We will be using them for future windows and doors and I would recommend them.

From the initial email to installation day, every member of staff working for CRK has been professional and courteous. The communication was spot on and no one was pushy when I was deciding what to purchase. Young Alex really knows his stuff and was a pleasure to do business with. The stage payments work well and again, the emails from the office (Sarah) were clear and concise; she was very informative and responsive. CRK fitted new windows and a front door and I am so pleased with them that I have now booked them to replace my conservatory. We got new windows and a front and back door. The rep was so helpful with choosing the style of windows and advising what would work best. There were many changes and CRK were always accommodating with our indecision. The work was carried out during snowy freezing weather but the installers were not put off by this and carried out their job very professionally, and clean with dust sheets as well as a sense of humour. They took away the old windows and doors and did a great job. They were very friendly, on time and knowledgeable.

Two fitters on time well presented worked within the Covid regulations. No problems... the finished door worked + looked excellent the fitter explained the locking procedure. Left every thing neat + tidy. Very pleased with result will use this company again. The two fitters were a credit to CRK Windows.

4 windows removed and replaced to an extremely high standard. Great care was taken so that no damage to the expensive bathroom tiles occurred. The installation team were COVID safe and masked at all times, cleaned up and were courteous at all times.

One replacement patio door and two replacement double glazed windows replaced and new lintels installed above all three. Work done on agreed date. Fitters were polite and professional and complied with Covid-19 guidance. Work was done completely to our satisfaction and all mess was cleared up and removed. I would use CRK again.

We had a new front door and side panels. Although slightly later than we were initially advised, (assume due to covid 19) the communication from the office and the installation was very good. The installation team were very courteous, efficient and friendly. Plus they cleared up leaving no mess.

I've used CRK three times now to install doors and double glazing. I've always found them to be a superb company to deal with, from the initial visit by Bruce, the salesman, to discuss what I required, to the surveyor to measure up, and lastly the installers. Their windows are high quality, look great and were installed by a friendly, efficient team who went out of their way. They even cleaned some of the cladding on the front of my house to create a great finish. They cleaned up after themselves too. I find dealing with CRK to be easy and straightforward and would not hesitate to recommend them, or use them again.

CRK did an excellent job. They were very helpful advising on doors and glazing options. The fitters also did an excellent job. Very impressed with the way they put addition trimmings around the top of the frame both inside and out to give a very neat finish. Would recommend this very competent company. Great service from the ordering to fitment. Only a small job, but fitters showed great care and attention to detail, our Garden Room looks transformed. Happy to recommend.

I have used CRK Windows in the past to install a replacement patio door which was done extremely well. This time we asked them to install a total of 11 replacement windows and the work was completed to a very high standard in just two and a half days. There was only one issue that we had with a small window that had the opening on the wrong side. I spoke with CRK Windows who agreed to replace that window, at no charge, which they did that day within hours! Excellent work, fine products and a good service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We have used CRK in the past for a conservatory and had no delay in returning to them when we needed a new front door. Bruce Roper provided excellent advice both over the phone and in the showroom, helping us to a decision that we are very happy with. The survey and fitting teams were also very professional and the door was built and fitted in excellent time . Although there was a small mistake with the knocker fitted this was rectified same day with no fuss. Overall we were extremely happy with the product and service and would recommend CRK.

Having used CRK before, I asked for a quote on replacing a bathroom window. Whilst surveying I asked if anything could be done to rectify two bed room windows (not supplied by CRK) as the openings had distorted and the glass seals had blown. It was recommended to replace the window panes and use packers to correct the alignment rather than replace the complete windows which I was expecting to have to do. Installation for new bathroom window and replacement panes was completed within three weeks from order to their usual high standard. Which given the current situation was much speedier than expected.

I have used CRK several times before and always been pleased with their service. This time was a replacement window at top of stairs + replacement of failed sealed unit in bedroom. Sales staff were quick and efficient, options were discussed as to replacement window. Fitter arrived on time, failed sealed unit replaced within minutes, then moved on to the replacement window. Have used CRK Windows for upstairs windows and was sufficiently impressed that I recently used them again to replace my backdoor. From first visit, to inspection and installation, the whole process was really well managed and speedy with an very positive emphasis on customer service. I was told that installation was a breeze because the measurements taken at inspection had been so accurate (which I remember being told with the windows too) and am delighted with the end product. It is even better than I could have imagined and a fair price too.

I got in touch with CRK Windows as a hinge on one of my windows was broken. The chap who came arrived when I had been told that he would and could easily have taken the easy route and said, "You need a new window" but instead, he looked at the situation and worked out that he could drill out the old rivets and screw in new hinges, which saved me a fair amount of money! He was very pleasant, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up properly after him.

CRK for the third time. Windows and doors in the 1980's, front door 3 years ago and windows and back door this time. Some neighbours liked the front door so much they had one themselves. No pressure to buy from Bruce Roper, just great advice on design and product. Martin came to do the fine measurements. Fitters, Dean and Daniel did a great job. CRK are just a good family company with great friendly staff.

We first used CRK back in 1998 and again in 2014 so it was an easy choice when we needed new doors and windows in our latest property Jan 20. The team at CRK are so helpful and go that extra mile to ensure your in safe hands. Throughout the process the communication was excellent and the installation was to a very high standard. Our third time with CRK and in my opinion the product is quality, the company is quality, installation teams are quality and to keep this level of service up for over 20 years is credit to the staff.

We selected CRK because they spent the time with us to make sure we got what we wanted. We didn't feel rushed or pressured and because they spent the time to explain the products in detail were confident in our choices. In keeping with the 1930's theme we had stencilling in the windows, we were impressed with the quality and look of the windows. The fitters were great and worked hard to make sure that our two bay windows looked fantastic and fitted well. They answered all our questions on openings and even left small pencil marks so we could get the curtain rails back up. The surveyor came out a few days after and came up with a solution after we had a change of heart on a small point. We were impressed with the speed that it was resolved in advance of Christmas. The job was completed on time and to our satisfaction.

I selected CRK to fit 11 double glazed windows, and replacement from and back doors - complete house refresh. I obtained quotes from three independent fitters. Whilst CRK were the dearest, they also were the best at instilling me with confidence. Their extensive showroom really helped me select styles, colour and options that aren't easily picked from just a brochure. The option to make 3 payments - deposit, pre-install, balance and the insurance-backed guarantee were useful. There was no sales pressure, and Bruce happily discussed openly everything from product choice to price. I took the first installation day off from work. The two fitters turned up promptly, were friendly, and worked really hard. We discussed the finishing of windows, and I even changed my mind to have 'trim' to hide the joins and this caused no issue. I was confident enough to give them a key and they worked alone the following three days. There was good progress every day and they cleared up every evening. I've lived in my updated house for a month now. I've had no issues with the products, and am noticing the improved warmth and sound insulation. I have no hesitation in recommending CRK.

Fast to respond to quote. Arrived when they said they would. Worked with dust sheets and left everything spotlessly clean. All the staff we had contact with were friendly and professional.
