Crown Bedrooms Ltd (Cheadle Hulme)

We had used Crown Bedrooms before in our previous home. We had no hesitation in going back to them to install fitted bedroom wardrobes in our new house. They were helpful and the work was done to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend the company.

We visited the Cheadle Hulme store and had a chat with the lady in the shop about the different types and styles of wardrobes on offer. She then offered us an appointment with their designer. The designer turned up on time and helped decide on what we could have on a shaped wall, even gave us the idea to have touch open and close doors. She also explained the procedure and waiting time until the surveyor would come out and measure up. The surveyor also turned up on time and explained what he was doing and asked if we understood what he was having manufactured. We later got the fitting date and the two fitters turned up with all the components as stated, unloaded the van, and got straight to work. Once they had finished and cleaned up perfectly, they explained the operation and asked if we were satisfied with the work. We found the whole process was trouble-free and very professional from start to finish, and we would definitely use the company again and strongly recommend them to anyone.

We'd used Crown at our old house over 10 years ago. We had three projects to complete at our new house. Cupboard under the stairs, a media wall and bookcase. Price was competitive. Plans were accurate to final outcome. Delivery as planned. We had a couple of issues when it came to the fitting, BUT these were sorted quickly and efficiently. I think this says it all. All still delivered to time, and to price quoted. So pleased with the outcome and no hesitation in recommending them.

I wanted wardrobes to match some bedroom furniture I already had. Crown really took care to source the best possible colour , style & handles. My wardrobes were expertly fitted yesterday & I am really pleased with them. The service Crown offers is excellent.

I must have walked past the Cheadle Hulme showroom on several occasions but went in after seeing them on Which? Trusted Traders. I am so glad I did as they couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish, and really listened, adapting the design a few times so I got what I really wanted. The resulting fitted wardrobe and bookcase are deceptively spacious, and having had a few months use, I'm very grateful that they nudged me into having bigger handles as any smaller would have been too small, as they clearly appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I am delighted with the efficiency, customer service, quality and value for money of Crown Bedrooms. From their initial visit, I knew that I could trust Crown Bedrooms to design and create a bespoke Craft Room for me! James was very professional, knowledgeable and listened to my VERY specific storage requirements. He advised me on solutions and designed floor to ceiling concealed cube shelving and additional storage to accommodate all of my craft materials! The result being a calm and relaxing creative space, which is stunning! Nothing was too much trouble, communication throughout was excellent. Installation was carried out by Lee and Simon, who were very polite, efficient and very tidy workers. Thank you so much, I will definitely use Crown Bedrooms again and highly recommend them.

This is a family run business who were happy to help me. I needed made to measure wardrobe doors and found exactly what I was looking for. I had just about given up trying to find someone just to replace the doors. I encountered minimum spend of £2000 or being told I needed new framework or simply just not interested. Crown Bedrooms chap came to measure and check the existing wardrobe. I didn't need new framework, I was not restricted to a minimum spend and even reused my existing handles. They kept me up to date on dates and the fitting was completed quickly and everything left very clean and tidy. My daughter used this company recently for wardrobes in two bedrooms and recommended them to me. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we are both very happy, our wardrobes look very smart.

Really easy to talk to in the shop and clear explanations given. Home visit to discuss options was unhurried and all options discussed which was really appreciated. All timings of future measurements and lead in times were spot on as was the arrival of the fitters. Work carried out quickly and cleanly and already enjoying putting things in their new home. They gave a competitive quote, agreed bespoke details and arranged a date for fitting to suit, all despite us being over 30 miles away. The work was carried out to a high standard in about half a day, the two fitters were friendly and tidy. We are very happy with the experience and would certainly recommend it.
