All our downstairs sockets stop working. Sean and his apprentice turned up assessed the problem and offered two solutions. We decided on the cheaper and much more convenient option. Though I forgot to asked for a price before the work was carried out. I was pleased that the invoice was very reasonable for the time that was put in on the job. Though I hope I don't need an electrician again, if I do he will be top of my list. I would definitely describe them as feiendly, professional and at a reasonable cost.

I phoned Crown Buzz and spoke to Shane about having a cable installed for an electric shower. He told me when he could call and he arrived on time and gave me a fair price which was to run a cable from a room at the front of the house to the bathroom at the rear. To carry out the work he arrived on time with a colleague and they did an excellent job. Thank you, Shane.

Shane Johnson is excellent. Efficient, attention to detail, concise and worked safely. He turned up when he promised to and left everything clean and tidy. He did the work, moved the sockets around etc and also saw that I needed a new fuseboard and provided that too. There were a couple of unexpected glitches to do with my switches, during and after he left, and I noted that all it took was a quick call and he returned at his earliest opportunity, sorted it immediately and was on his way again, whilst giving me advice on another electrical issue that I will have done in the future. You will find him a joy to work with. I just hope he isn’t tempted to go back into the bigger corporate work again as domestic customers need reliable people that are such good value.

We needed some work done to a house that had been poorly rewired. Shane meticulously checked the electrics, and repaired those at a fair price, including putting in a local earth (as UK Power couldn't confirm their earth was working well). The extensive work was done in one day (with minimum disruption to our busy schedule), to a high standard and with minimum damage to the interior of the house.

Crown Buzz Electrical have done two jobs at my flat now. When making contact, communication and responses are good. Recently Shane Johnson came and resolved an issue where the wiring in my immersion heater cupboard was preventing access to the tank. It was a bigger job than expected, but he also did another job for me, which was not planned, and requested during his visit. Shane is knowledgeable, a hard worker and has a good and calm attitude. He is also punctual and very tidy. Highly recommended.

Various requirements, including running a new cable for a shower through a difficult route, tracking down and correcting an earthing fault, as well as testing the system for certification. Rapid response to my initial enquiry, and very prompt visit to scope the requirement. This was quickly followed by a visit from one of the Crown team who installed the cable, and two others to help with tracking the earthing fault. Throughout the work, all the Crown Buzz staff were punctual, polite, hard-working and tidy. The senior company contact - Shane Johnson - was especially effective in quickly diagnosing and resolving technical issues, as well as very helpful in providing professional opinions about both options and products. Engagement with the company from start to finish was smooth, timely, productive - and at a reasonable cost.

I booked Crown Buzz Electrical to repair/replace the under cabinet lights and spotlight bulbs for a kitchen in SE16. The work was booked for a convenient day/time and a pleasant and helpful electrician arrived on time and completed the work in a helpful and efficient manner. Spare parts needed for the work were obtained by the electrician and fitted in a very timely manner. Overall a pleasant helpful service which I would certainly recommend to others. The charge was as expected and very reasonable for the service provided. I was very comfortable being invoiced and therefore paying from home rather than dealing with payment on site.

Attended within a few hours, kept me updated about arrival time and did a very good job for a fair price. Very pleasant and helpful.

Shane turned up when he said he would to take a look at the work I required and quote, then when I was ready for the work to be carried out, he arrived on time with only two days notice. We had a problem with the supply coming in from the main supply to our flat. A number of different electricians had looked at it and suggested different options including replacing all the wiring at a huge cost. We were planning the work in when at five pm on a Friday night the power went out. I phoned around a number of people who said we would have to wait until Monday (or later) but then called Crown Buzz who immediately said he could get someone on the job on Saturday morning. He came himself to have a look at the problem first thing in the morning. He came up with a solution nobody else had suggested. He managed to do it without the waste and extra expense of replacing everything and got the power back on in a couple of hours. Very calm and focused. Can't recommend him highly enough.

We had to call an electrician for the first time when the lights stopped working in one room in our flat. We were quite nervous as you hear some horror stories about it but they were brilliant. I initially left a message through his website, which he didn't respond to but when I followed up by phone he agreed to come by that afternoon. He was very polite, wore a mask while he was at our place and was able to sort out the problem (a broken switch) very efficiently. The price was reasonable and I would absolutely use him again if we ever have any other electrical problem. I would recommend him to anyone in South East London.

Delighted to find a local electrician who does excellent work at a good price. We found that an electric cable, to an outside light, running through and along a door frame that was going to be replaced. Shane disconnected the cable so it will be safe when the work on the frame is done. He then rerouted the cable and added a fuse spur so that, when the outside light is reconnected, it will be safer than before. Shane also replaced a broken light switch. I have no hesitation in recommending him. He is punctual, tidy and polite.

Shane of Crown Buzz installed a external security light at a building that I manage. I took a chance with him as it was the first time I used his company. My experience could not have been better. He was on time, courteous, conscientious, and got the job done with no fuss and at a good price. I will certainly use him again.

Shane visited to look at the job and provided an accurate estimate of the cost and time it would take (most of a day). He and his assistant tackled an awkward job well to route the new cable and wire it in, working carefully to avoid damage to our kitchen cupboards and fittings. He was very easy to work with, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him for other jobs.

Shane carried out some remedial work following an Electrical Installation Condition Report. Shane fitted two RCBOs to the consumer unit and changed six down lights and the pull cord switch in the bathroom. The work was carried out professionally and my tenants have informed me Shane was considerate of their needs. Shane charged me what I considered to be a reasonable ammount for the work he carried out, and came across as an honest and dilligent tradesman. The next time I require an electrician I won't hesitate to seek Shane's services.

Shane changed out 5 old bathroom downlights and fixed a wonky socket. I was unable to find lights that would fit the large downlight holes left by the original lights but Shane managed to find the items to make it work. He made an initial trip to my flat to measure the fittings properly to make sure it would fit which was really important. On the day of the installation he arrived on time and completed the work to a great standard, the new lights look great and the old socket is how very secure. He communicated clearly throughout our interactions and is someone I would definitely go to again for any electrical issues.

I found Shane through the Which Trusted Trader scheme and just needed an EICR completed. Shane was prompt and finished the work quickly and diligently. I already have Shane booked in for further work in the future and would recommend him to others.

CBE took my call on a Monday morning and went out of his way to visit me that evening after the days jobs. I had completely ruined a light socket trying to install a smart dimmer. CBE quickly, efficiently and without any problem fixed it and installed the smart switch. The job was done professionally and at a very, very reasonable price. The finished job looks really great, I’m so happy and relieved. Will be booking CBE for all future jobs - so happy I’ve found such a good electrician.

A visit by a previous Engineer had left my kitchen tap & water supply giving suspected electric shocks, a dangerous situation. The Emergency Call Out Engineer, Shane Johnson, conducted initial testing & immediately stated that there was no earth to the kitchen sink tap & water supply. He proceeded to check all the kitchen’s power supply including a major effort in pulling the washing machine out to test the plug behind it & confirmed it & every other supply viable & securely earthed. He found the link underneath the sink and Insinkerator was not attached. He rectified it & connected an earth supplementary bonding wire to the pipes under the sink. Finally he checked the Fuse Box & found no fault with it. This Engineer was from the start displaying high levels of professionalism & competence. He had the expertise to instill confidence in me, was efficient, effective, tidy, considerate & throughout courteous, understanding & helpful. His work ethic was exceptional. The issue was resolved. He would be my first point of contact to call on again for any future electrical issue.

I needed complete fluorescent light unit replacing and had problems with bathroom ceiling light not working. Shane arrived on time (keeping me up to date with travel time), followed COVID protocols (mask, gloves), worked quickly, efficiently. He then explained bathroom light was not broken but required a starter (which he had and it worked) and advised a LED replacement light unit , as the one I had bought was not as bright as the original - Price charged as quoted, would definitely recommend to friends and family, and will be using again for sure. A true gentleman.
