Dave cleaned our lounge carpet yesterday and we are very pleased with the work he carried out. Good communication from first query, arrived on time and explained everything to us. Very happy to use Dave again in the future and highly recommend Crown Cleaning.

After 16 years of neglect, the grubby Travertine stone floor in our kitchen desperately needed a deep clean. From first contact onwards Dave was professional throughout - arriving promptly at the arranged times for his initial assessment and then on the day of cleaning; talking through the different options available and giving his advice; agreeing a fair price and providing the fully itemised quotation beforehand and invoice afterwards; being friendly and easy to talk to. But most importantly of all - wow!, what a terrific job he did with our kitchen floor. Merely saying he transformed our floor does him an injustice - we are truly thrilled with the results, with it being as if we have had a brand-new floor laid. As well as the deep clean, the floor had two layers of sealant applied to help protect it for the future. We are extremely happy and have no hesitation in recommending Dave and Crown Cleaning to other people.

Dave arrived on time and had a friendly approach. Worked efficiently and did a couple of extras - removing blutak from the carpet for example. This is a small cottage; the carpet in the living room and stairs is over 20years old and we were concerned that it would not be worth cleaning.... but the pile has come up well and the colour is brighter. My partner and I have had allergy related symptoms and decided the carpets throughout the house should be professionally cleaned. Through Which traders we found Dave from Crown Cleaning. The initial conversation was very helpful and his rates were explained. We decided on a date and Dave arrived on time with his van and the most amazing cleaning machine inside ….over 4 hours he first assessed the house and quoted a very reasonable bill and then cleaned every carpet to a standard I’d never seen before. The house is now much easier to breathe in and this despite us using a regular cleaner and recent use of a RugDoctor. I can recommend Dave and Crown Cleaning to anyone wanting a really good intense carpet cleaning service. He’s a really nice guy and a superb tradesman.

I had a sofa, armchair, all upstairs carpets and carpet on the stair treads cleaned by Crown Carpets and I am delighted with the results. Dave was prompt to respond to email, arrived at the quoting appointment and cleaning appointment on time and was very clear and fair with his pricing. I am honestly so pleased with the results, particularly the upstairs carpets. We have a cream bedroom carpet that had two awful marks on it (courtesy of our spaniel) and both are completely removed; the carpet looks good as new! Dave was efficient and tidy on the day so the whole appointment was very smooth. I would definitely recommend!

David from crown cleaning was punctual, very friendly and explained things thoroughly. We made an absolute mess of our carpet with a coffee stain and DIY cleaning…. Crown came to the rescue and did a brilliant job of cleaning up our mess. Very good value also

This is the second time that we have used Crown Cleaners (Dave) on our terracotta tiles and, frankly, we would not use anyone else. They have come up looking as good as new and the finish (if the time since the last clean is anything to go by) lasts ages. In addition to this, the service was excellent. Dave was polite and really personable and, when he knew that he was going to be slightly delayed due to circumstances beyond his control, he rang and kept us completely updated. In short, if you want your floor tiles cleaned, look no further.

I cannot recommend this service more highly, David arrived on the dot, was friendly and very efficient; we have recently moved here and inherited a good quality but quite dirty sitting room carpet, it now looks like new! Our carpet was in an awful state. Builders and muddy dogs had made such a mess that we wondered about buying a new one. But it is now as good as new. I phoned Crown Carpets and was given a price based upon the size of the room and the date and time for the service, but I had no idea as to how the work would be done. David arrived on time. He could not have been more friendly and helpful. His equipment was impressive and the work was completed faster than I expected. The carpet is now as good as new something I would not have thought possible. I can not recommend Crown Cleaning enough

I cannot recommend Dave from Crown Cleaning more highly. My carpets have never been so clean and he managed to remove spots and marks other cleaning companies had not been able to remove. My carpets look like new! Dave was punctual, friendly, efficient and professional. I will never use another company again to clean my carpets. Thanks Dave brilliant job.

We had our carpets cleaned today in our downstairs rooms. We were really pleased with the results, in fact, we think they exceeded our expectations. Dave was friendly, knowledgeable, and carried out the work quickly and very effectively. We will certainly use Crown Cleaning again.

Came to my mum's house yesterday to clean a heavily soiled carpet. In-ground dirt and dog pee! Professional, fast service with excellent results. Great guy, chatty but never stopped working. Helpful when moving furniture. Would without doubt use again and recommend. Price was very good and well worth it.

This company recently cleaned the carpet in 4 rooms at my mum's house in Witham. I used to work in the lettings industry and know the importance of professional steam extraction cleaning, which this company do, as opposed to 'Jack with a Vax' which is the method used by some other companies. The booking was made over the phone and I was advised of the cost per square meter at that time. The operative arrived on time measured the space and gave a quote for the full cost at that time (which compared very favourably with the less thorough method) and the cleaning was completed within the time he advised that it would probably take. The results were very good indeed even on these carpets which are far from new. All in all a very professional service throughout and super result. Thanks very much.

Our three-seater and two-seater couches were cleaned very well, on time and on budget. We were told exactly what would be done and how. Our home was treated with respect. We were given good and friendly advice. Couldn't ask for more. Has earned a repeat booking for the future.

We have found him very reliable, and despite traffic problems locally he turned up on time. Did a really fantastic job making the carpets look like new. He also charged a great price. David did an excellent job of cleaning a rather stained living/dining room carpet, bringing it back to pretty much a new state again and removing some marks that I hadn't been able to get rid of by scrubbing. He was quick, unobtrusive, polite, moved things around and did a very thorough job indeed without any problems except for one fade mark that he pointed out clearly to me. The carpet looks great and I will definitely use this company again. Thank you very much.
