Having previously used Crown Conservatories. I had complete confidence in their ability to provide a first class service from beginning to end for the replacement of damaged patio door panels. Thank you Paul and team , would thoroughly recommend this company.

Crown did such a good job installing windows, doors and bi-folds in our previous property that, when we moved, we asked them to replace the windows and doors in our new house. A stand-out moment was when Crown found a solution to a difficult replacement of existing French doors that had been set at the wrong height. Their new doors have been installed flawlessly. All the work Crown has done has been to a very high standard and their customer service both straightforward and helpful. It's encouraging that across several years and two houses, the core members of the installation teams have been consistent. An excellent company.

It's over a year now since Crown installed our Garden Room. Sometimes a review is more valuable when a building has time to settle in. Although the initial installation hit some problems it is a mark of a good company that they work with the customer to resolve those problems which they did. Everything from the foundations, building work, installation, plastering and electrics was done to a high standard. 20 months on we are delighted and can say there have been no further issues. I would thoroughly recommend Crown as a company.

Very happy with the new windows and patio door, recently installed. Extremely helpful sales team with sorting out the specific requirements for the "like for like" external look of the development. The fitters were very good, taking great care not to damage the walls when removing the old wooden windows. Minimal touching up of paintwork needed. Left the place clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this company.

We are delighted with the results of our double garage conversion. Thank you, Crown for providing an experienced workforce which included excellent ground workers, plasterers and electricians. Although the job took longer than we initially expected, we did choose to make adjustments as the work progressed, which included making extra openings. I would certainly recommend Crown to friends and in fact, my new living space has been much admired already.

A small job for wood effect uPVC sash windows for an apartment. Excellent pre-sales (Robin W) came to visit, detailed inspection, measurements and explanations. Won against other regional and national providers on price & quality. Was kept fully up to date on product availability lead-time, and they scheduled the installation conveniently. Price was the major factor, confidence came through their product brochures and explanations of the installation process, customer service was excellent throughout by all their team.

We have been very pleased with the service from Crown Windows & Conservatories in Fleet. From initial enquiry with Paul, very thorough survey by Mark and fitting by Gary & Liam they have been excellent. We shall be using them again.

An excellent project from start to finish. Initial consultations with the designer created the space and look we wanted. We were pleasantly surprised at the overall cost compared to some of their competitors. Nothing has been too much trouble and emails have been answered promptly. Initial phase was the foundations and brickwork. Crown found an exact match for our existing house bricks and the new brickwork is great. Second phase was the installation of the LivinRoom windows, doors and roof - again a great job. Third phase was first fit electrics and fourth phase the plastering and screed followed by the final fit of the electrics (sockets, lights & heating); all done professionally to a high standard. We also had our front and back doors replaced by Crown which make such a difference in reducing traffic noise. Would highly recommend.

Had soffits, facias and 3 windows replaced. The windows took a while to arrive due to the current global material shortages so it was about 5 months from order, although the roofline was installed within a few weeks. Work was carried out quickly and professionally. I did have a leak from a window in a storm a couple of weeks after installation but aftersales was good and they came out the following day to check and reseal.

We used Crown Conservatories & Windows over 10 years ago to build our beautiful conservatory and we could not fault them. Their after sales customer service is second to none! We have recently used them again to replace 22 windows and a new front door. Once again, we could not fault their professionalism, hard work and attention to detail. Yes, there was a delay from ordering to fitting, due to manufacturing issues and glass shortages. Frustrating at times, but not Crown’s fault. They kept us updated all along. When the windows arrived, they put in 2 teams of superb fitters who completed a very big job in 4 days. They knew exactly what they were doing and were incredibly efficient. The house was respected as they moved in and out, with plenty of dust sheets everywhere. They left the house very tidy and hoovered up thoroughly as they finished each area. The windows were cleaned and everything was left ship shape at the end of the job. I could not fault the level of service we received from 4 hardworking and personable chaps. From start to finish, we received a top class service from the measuring to the quoting and the administrative support to the final fitting. Thank you Crown for making it all so straightforward.

I've put in a completion date of 16th October but the work is not yet complete. I ordered two windows on 8th May (a total of 5 sealed units) and Crown have still not completed the work - 23 weeks and they quoted 6-8 weeks from date of survey (and it took them 4 weeks to do the survey). Although the aluminium frames are good the problem is with the sealed units - two of the units were wrong and they have tried three times to supply replacement units; all have been rejected as there was dirt inside the sealed units. I'm waiting for their fourth attempt with no idea when it will be completed. Very pleasant people but their quality control is nonexistent.

The office staff went over and above to help during the ordering process right up to having the window installed. The new window has made such a massive difference to the room. The installation team were helpful and professional and worked around other trades we had in at the same time. Amazing Service all round!!

New Hormann front door installation. Very pleased with how Crown handled the entire process from quotation through to installation. Definitely would recommend.

Completed earlier this month and cannot fault any part of the process, the salesman was exceptional in his knowledge of products and not pushy in his approach, the office staff were great at communicating with me on all aspects of the job and timescale. The installation was done on time and by proper tradesmen who also knew the product well, with the fitters electrician and the plasterer all having a first class work ethic and timekeeping. The job was completed on time and in budget. Can recommend Crown Conservatories without hesitation.

Just had our new front door installed. We are really impressed with all elements of the service from the team at Crown in Fleet. All dealings from when I first foound Solidor on Pintrest in August, tracked down a local supplier, popped in to pick up a brochure, through the quotation, survey and installation have been fantastic. We were kept up to date through the crazy pandemic etc so we knew what to expect. in terms of the door we really like it ; great addition to our house; exactly what we wanted due to great range and options. Everyone at Crown had been extremely friendly, approachable and helpful too - would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks all!

Great experience from initial sales visit, through a survey to installation. We had a couple of issues but all resolved to my satisfaction on the day of installation.
