I have been a repeat customer 2019. As usual Jon and Appel came on time, did through job, and at the agreed price, very happy customer, see you next year. Would throughly recommend them to everyone.

Jon and his lovely wife came and did our lounge / dining room, we have a beige carpet that has a lot of foot traffic over it. they turned up on time and checked the carpet before commencing any work. After they had finished they left our furniture on little lifts because we have electric recliners not for the moisture to get in the motor. When I asked questions about carpets they were very knowledgeable. Hand on my heart they did a brilliant job the carpet looks like new no mess the carpet dried very quickly. A big thank you to you both at a very reasonable cost.

We were initially concerned with the ongoing pandemic. Jon and Apple were more like doctors with masks, gloves and overshoes, Jon even showed us his vaccination card. They did a fantastic job of cleaning our Lounge, Stairs & Landing and a bedroom carpet even doing a room that was not included in the quote for free. Worth every penny! Once you find a great family company we have no hesitation in recommending and using again and again.

Contacted Crystal Clean, Ipswich to make an enquiry. They were polite, friendly and helpful. No pressure selling occurred. A quote was given with full details of what was involved and what could change the quoted price. We accepted it. Very good pre-arrival communication and they were on time. Fully Covid compliant. Overshoes worn to protect our wooden floors. Both were very pleasant and open about what they were doing. After being cleaned we realised our beige corner sofa was quite dirty (deep embarrassment). Lots of care taken during the cleaning process and after finishing the room was left tidy. About 1/4 of the way through cleaning we were offered the chance to stop the cleaning if we were not happy and only pay for the work done. The difference was obvious so we continued. Overall a thoroughly excellent job which was professionally done and well worth the money. I highly recommend them and will use them again when the upstairs carpets need a clean.

Crystal Clean were employed to clean all the carpeting on the ground floor of our church. They were very pleasant and having originally supplied an estimate they stuck to this although they actually did a couple of small extra areas that they hadn't originally quoted for. They were very communicative and pleasant and even helped us move some chairs in one of the rooms. The final results looked very good. Excellent service!

Jon and Apple arrived promptly and ready to go. Both were a pleasure to deal with and provided an excellent service. I had a number of questions during the clean which Jon was more than happy to answer for me. The carpets came up wonderfully, and i was amazed how brown the water they'd extracted was after they'd finished the clean! Jon advised me on other services he provides, with absolutey no pressure selling whatsoever. A real pleasure to deal with, and i would highly recommend them.

John and Apple were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They did a great job at a reasonable price and with the minimum of fuss. My kitchen floor, rug and sofa are as good as new.

Jon has made my carpets look good as new, I wasn’t able to be there, so he kept me updated, and was so easy to deal with. Would recommend.

Customer care excellent throughout engagement and completion of the work. Site visits and quotations were arranged and delivered on time. Queries were dealt with promptly and clearly giving us confidence in the contractor's knowledge of the products to be used. The specialist clean and polish was carried out professionally with daily disruption to house activities over two days kept to a minimum. Minor snagging was dealt with straight away with further follow up inspection to make sure we were completely happy with the job. Highly recommended!

Having recently decorated my house, it highlighted just how dirty my carpets were. I was thinking of hiring a machine and doing it myself until a friend recommended Crystal Clean. I had a change of delivery date for new furniture, Needed the carpet cleaned first. I called Crystal Clean on the off chance they could change my previously booked appointment at short notice. They pulled out all the stops and managed to change the date and get the carpet clean and dry before the suite arrived. Brilliant service and a great job!

I have used Jon twice and am about to book him again. Even the most hammered areas of our beige carpet came up like new. Also, our 10-year-old sofa came up a couple of shades lighter after Jon cleaned it - looks like it did when we got it. Really pleased. About to move house and am bringing him in again to do the carpets. I trust him to do a great job and be as flexible as he can to fit round our moving dates.
