Our founder, Paul Hillary has been successfully been keeping our customers’ homes safe, strong and secure with our professional security systems since 1991. Starting in the Tyne Valley area then working from North Shields to Hexham, Morpeth to Stockton,
we have remained connected to our roots. Incorporated in 2019, CSN Services can provide more than 45 years of combined expertise in electronic security.
To guarantee our standards are to the level we strive for we are annually checked by SSAIB and ECA and hold membership with these governing bodies as well as PAXTON and CHECKATRADE.

Phone app not picking up alarm
Called Morgan ll.30AM on 14th November Kyle the engineer rang me PM the same day. He worked out that the alarm needed a CM2 wiffi card replaced. With it been Friday & the alarm was still working manually he said he would get the part & it would be fitted on Monday. So rang Morgan on Monday morning about 11.30am to arrange a time slot to call around & by 1.15 pm Kyle was around to sort the alarm out. Very good comms & service

Mr Parker completed the service of our alarm system in an efficient, timely and friendly manner. I chose CNS Services after reviewing their website and customer feedback. I was not disappointed! From the first visit, Kyle and Ollie were punctual, totally professional, courteous (even took their shoes off without being asked too) and respectful to me and my property. Everything was explained in detail at the time. A report was submitted and I received a quote that afternoon. The work was completed on time, with minimal mess (which they cleaned up) and a full explanation of how to operate the system was given. I can’t praise them enough! George (in the office) was also courteous and patient with all the questions I had. A quality company, quality product and very reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending CNS Services.

Arranging and completing annual maintenance on the alarm system was easy and efficient. Clear communication and responses from Morgan arranging the maintenance package and booking the appointment. Ted has been round on a few occasions to do work and was great as ever. Would happily recommend CSN to friends and family.

The work relates to the annual service of our intruder alarm system. The administrative support and communication both before and after the service was from Morgan, a recent appointment by the company, and I cannot fault her communication style and assistance offered. The engineer who conducted the service was Ted and I had not met him before. He was polite, cheerful and his attention to detail was particularly impressive. I have been happy with CSN for some years now and this recent contact was extremely satisfactory.

I had my intruder alarm fitted 4yrs ago by CSN and have found all members of staff to be extremely helpful, efficient and polite. I recently changed my broadband supplier and had a problem reprogramming the system, rang CSN and had an engineer here in a couple of hours. Job done. Would definitely recommend .

The engineers arrived to service my house alarm. They arrived between the hours agreed. They were friendly, professional and respected my property. They kept me informed and asked if they could check the rooms for sensors and they prepared me for the loud noise when testing the system. The service and quality of workmanship is first class and having been with this company for many years I am say with certainty that this is a company I can trust so would have no hesitation in recommending CSN Services to anyone looking to protect their property with a company who also provide value for money.

Just had complete house alarm installed by CSN. From first contact with Morgan who arranged for Engineer’s visit and sent emails about visit dates to Kyle the Engineer and his Apprentice Rhys who installed the system, things could not have gone smoother. The guys turned up promptly on the day, ensured everything was working perfectly and that I understood how it worked and cleaned up after themselves. The pricing of the job was very competitive and the response time from the company excellent. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone else requiring alarm work.
