Our founder, Paul Hillary has been successfully been keeping our customers’ homes safe, strong and secure with our professional security systems since 1991. Starting in the Tyne Valley area then working from North Shields to Hexham, Morpeth to Stockton,
we have remained connected to our roots. Incorporated in 2019, CSN Services can provide more than 45 years of combined expertise in electronic security.
To guarantee our standards are to the level we strive for we are annually checked by SSAIB and ECA and hold membership with these governing bodies as well as PAXTON and CHECKATRADE.

Phone app not picking up alarm
Called Morgan ll.30AM on 14th November Kyle the engineer rang me PM the same day. He worked out that the alarm needed a CM2 wiffi card replaced. With it been Friday & the alarm was still working manually he said he would get the part & it would be fitted on Monday. So rang Morgan on Monday morning about 11.30am to arrange a time slot to call around & by 1.15 pm Kyle was around to sort the alarm out. Very good comms & service

I chose CNS Services after reviewing their website and customer feedback. I was not disappointed! From the first visit, Kyle and Ollie were punctual, totally professional, courteous (even took their shoes off without being asked too) and respectful to me and my property. Everything was explained in detail at the time. A report was submitted and I received a quote that afternoon. The work was completed on time, with minimal mess (which they cleaned up) and a full explanation of how to operate the system was given. I can’t praise them enough! George (in the office) was also courteous and patient with all the questions I had. A quality company, quality product and very reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending CNS Services.

Arranging and completing annual maintenance on the alarm system was easy and efficient. Clear communication and responses from Morgan arranging the maintenance package and booking the appointment. The work relates to the annual service of our intruder alarm system. The administrative support and communication both before and after the service was from Morgan, a recent appointment by the company, and I cannot fault her communication style and assistance offered. The engineer who conducted the service was Ted and I had not met him before. He was polite, cheerful and his attention to detail was particularly impressive. I have been happy with CSN for some years now and this recent contact was extremely satisfactory.

I had my intruder alarm fitted 4yrs ago by CSN and have found all members of staff to be extremely helpful, efficient and polite. I recently changed my broadband supplier and had a problem reprogramming the system, rang CSN and had an engineer here in a couple of hours. Job done. Would definitely recommend .

The engineers arrived to service my house alarm. They arrived between the hours agreed. They were friendly, professional and respected my property. They kept me informed and asked if they could check the rooms for sensors and they prepared me for the loud noise when testing the system. Just had complete house alarm installed by CSN. From first contact with Morgan who arranged for Engineer’s visit and sent emails about visit dates to Kyle the Engineer and his Apprentice Rhys who installed the system, things could not have gone smoother. The guys turned up promptly on the day, ensured everything was working perfectly and that I understood how it worked and cleaned up after themselves. The pricing of the job was very competitive and the response time from the company excellent. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone else requiring alarm work.

Alarm fitted for my Mum which was professionally carried out a couple of years ago. App is very easy to use (where offered). Ted was excellent as always when he came to service alarm as my Mum is partially sighted and he was able to reassure her about back up battery in case of any electrical supply issue. Morgan was in touch regularly with details of appointment and explained in detail the options available for keeping Mum’s alarm on a regular servicing contract. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

When the included instruction manual doesn't work!

Trying to change internet providers and modems on some alarm systems doesn't sound too difficult, until the instruction manual does not cover that topic at all. Step forward CSN Services who installed the system in March. Email with link to several videos explaining everything, step by step in easy to understand English and not tech speak.. Many thanks guys.

We installed a new intruder alarm in October 2024. The CSN engineer who installed the system was efficient, professional and provided useful information about using the system. Last week we installed a new broadband connection and could not update the connection to the intruder alarm. Morgan in the CSN office was very helpful, providing a video that enabled me to re-establish the connection in a timely fashion. I recommend this professional and efficient service unreservedly.

The engineer arrived within the time scale given, which was a broad window 1-5 pm but he apologised for keeping me waiting, which I assured him he hadn’t. He was friendly and very thorough and explained what he was doing and what he found as we went through the service procedure. He took his shoes off on entering the house which again was thoughtful and much appreciated. We had a brief chat before he left and as already mentioned he was friendly and a good advert for your company. Ne hesitation using your services again.

An email was sent to CSN after a leaflet drop. Quick reply & appointment for someone to come & inspect the old alarm. Ted duly came to inspect & as a consequence of his advice new alarm system was installed. All paperwork, etc., received promptly & dealt with efficiently by Morgan. Would highly recommend CSN.

I have been using CSN now for just over a year. During this time I have had nothing but Excellent Service from them. From my initial contact through to completion of the work, every step has been faultless and without issue. The lady I have recently dealt with (MP) was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable making it very easy for me to arrange for the required work to be completed. Communication throughout was also excellent from MP. The Engineer/Technician who recently attended (EB) was again very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for him and his work was perfect. I have no reservations in recommending this Company to anyone who requires work on their Alarm/Security System.
