CTM has been my go to plumbing and heating company for over 20 years. In all that time the family run business, headed by Mick Brown, has never let me down. They are a very professional, honest and trustworthy firm. Today I had a problem with a lack of hot water and Mick came around within a few hours and sorted it out. Brilliant service as usual.

Mick has been done a number of jobs for us for a few years now. We totally trust his advice and is the kind of professional who will want the job to be of the best quality no matter how big or small it is. He is also invaluable in an emergency and will come within a matter of hours if he feels it is needed. He even came to fix a leak which turned out to be coming from a neighbouring property , in the evening and meant that everyone affected get a good nights sleep ! Thank you - the work you and your sons have done for us is very much appreciated.

Mick Brown of CTM has looked after all our plumbing and central heating needs for the past 20 years. He has just fitted a new boiler for us, having kept the previous one going for as long as possible but it got to a point where it was becoming uneconomic with parts breaking down and he advised replacement. He has now fitted the new boiler with neat new pipework and no mess. If only we had not wasted time, money & stress with a very large multinational company who let us down very badly several times before we found Mick of CTM ! If only every tradesman was as reliable and capable as Mick is ! He has also done drainage work, and small building and roofing repairs for us. He is extremely knowledgeable, utterly reliable and punctual to a degree. He and his 2 sons who work with him are first class. His pricing is fair and he is always concerned that his work is top quality. Mick is on call 7 days a week, 365 days a year for his regular customers who all value him very highly. You will not find better !

Got into trouble fitting a new toilet seat and water had to be shut off. Mick came out within 1.5 hours. The toilet had to be pulled out, the cistern refitted, the new seat fitted and the toilet replaced. Great job done quickly. Got me out of trouble. Fantastic.

Mick came round to check on a leaking pipe from a wash basin that unfortunately meant the whole thing needed replacing. It was all explained very clearly to me. Mick sourced the replacement basin and fitted it as soon as received. Then gave some time for payment ensuring all was working ok. Would highly recommend.

We have been using Mick for nearly 15 years for various domestic work. Our system is a little tricky but Mick has got to know it inside out. From a new pressurised system, boiler, leaks from previous tradesmen and his latest job advising on new cast iron radiator from source to fit. We wouldn’t ask anyone else . CTM are reliable, knowledgeable, fairly priced and completely trusted by us. We are happy to leave them in the house to get on with it and grateful that when it’s real emergency Mick will be with us as quickly as possible. Mick and his boys leave everything in tip top condition at the end of the day. Really couldn’t ask for more!

Michael who owns CTM plumbing fixed my boiler problem by fitting a new programmer and thermostat. It was a complex set up but Michael repaired it very effectively and efficiently. He actually came to my house on a Sunday to determine the nature of the work. After conducting the repair he waited a few days to make sure all was working well before letting me have the invoice which I considered to be extremely professional of him. I won't hesitate to ask him to help me should I have any plumbing-related issues in the future. I would highly recommend him.

Prompt and efficient fix for a pipe that burst in the recent cold snap. I have used CTM for some time and they have always provided high quality work at a reasonable price.
