Michael who owns CTM plumbing fixed my boiler problem by fitting a new programmer and thermostat. It was a complex set up but Michael repaired it very effectively and efficiently. He actually came to my house on a Sunday to determine the nature of the work. After conducting the repair he waited a few days to make sure all was working well before letting me have the invoice which I considered to be extremely professional of him. I won't hesitate to ask him to help me should I have any plumbing-related issues in the future. I would highly recommend him.

Mick has done all our plumbing work ever since he installed a new boiler and Megaflow heating system for us several years ago. He’s been in the plumbing trade for a long time and frankly what he doesn’t know about plumbing and heating systems probably isn’t worth knowing! Mick has just been around to replace a heating valve which had got stuck as we had not switched the heating on over the summer. Excellent service as usual and he stayed to ensure our ‘usual’ airlock was dispersed and all radiators were warm before leaving.

Mick Brown has installed and maintains the boiler for several years now and if any problems arise which need a visit he will be around and always keeps us warm! We have just had our 40 year old downstairs radiators replaced to keep us even warmer. Mick is always friendly and full of advice. He is totally honest and reliable. What more can I say!
