I've used Mr Brown for about 12 jobs over 15 years. He services my boiler on a regular basis. we have a large house with completed plumbing that he deals with very capably. He is an exceptional plumber, completely reliable and unbelievably punctual. If he says he is coming at 11 o clock, he will ring the door bell at 11 o'clock on the dot. Unlike British gas who let me down over many years, Mr Brown covers his customers 7 days a week, including Christmas day! dealing with any emergencies immediately, as per my own experiences.

Mick Brown has been our “go to heating engineer,” for over 15 years. He has carried out minor repairs to full refurbishments in our house and my son’s property. His workmanship is of a very high standard and his love and enjoyment in his profession is refreshing. Mick annually services my boiler. He also balances the heat in the radiator. A good experience. As part of the service he found a potential malfunction, and he put it right before it became a problem.
