The team was very professional, polite, organised and hard working. They laid asphalt on our driveway and front garden (large area) and ibstalled fences on either side. They discussed with us all the available options, answered all our questions and double checked the final details before the work started. They listened to all our requests and met them, always striving to provide the best service possible. They were by far the best team we employed for the landscaping work at our house. We are very pleased with the high quality work they carried out and recommend them strongly.

Colin and his guys laid over 60m2 of block paving - Colin came and agreed layout and block colour 2 days prior to commencement. On the first day Colin arrived with five guys, most his family ,and all the reduced levels, edging and sub base was laid. Next day they laid the sand and blocks. The work look great, on budget, everything was clean and tidy. What a pleasant company, extremely efficient and polite, I had them recommended to me and would certainly recommend them to anyone else.

From my first meeting with Aaron to discuss the project through to completion, I knew I was dealing with a reliable, professional company. The quotation included a full description of works to be undertaken, so I was confident the company knew what it was doing. My confidence was not misplaced and the team (the A-Team!) completed the job of resurfacing my patio with resin bound stone in accordance with the schedule and to a very high standard. They also kept my neighbours informed, requesting permission to park their vehicles etc, which earned them and myself high kudos. I couldn't be happier.

Excellent work during the laying of the driveway. Advice and guidance from Aaron was most helpful in making decisions on materials and design. The project was completed in two days with a great team of six craftsmen. The finished driveway looks terrific and has received much praise from neighbours. In other words we are very pleased the finished result. A big thank you to all concerned.

Colin and his team did the block paving of our drive. His patience while we made up our mind was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. He knew exactly what our needs were and accommodated them accordingly. His choice of stones for the potential plant and drain area was outstanding and the work was carried out in the agreed timescale and to our satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend Colin to carry out blockpaving!

I was very happy with the quality of work that Colin and his team done to our driveway. Colin visited us before hand to dicuss what I wanted and done exactly what was asked. They turned up on time kept the site tidy, and was pleased to see that all of their equipment was clean as well. I would be happy to recommend them to others.

We commissioned C W Stanley January 2021 to carry out both landscape and substantial driveway works - parking for at least six cars. I dealt with Aaron in the run-up to our works commencing. He was very helpful and always responded to my questions regarding how I'd like the works to progress in a clear and effective manner. They arrived on the day when the said they would. They kept everything clean and tidy as best as possible. They resolved an issue that arose with cabling incorrectly previously installed. They installed drainage, prepared the ground, removed trees, laid (a lot!) of tarmac and worked quickly and efficiently throughout. Aaron (and crew) are helpful, approachable, very courteous and ensures that the best outcome is achieved. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, their attention to detail is fantastic.

From the first phone call Chloe was extremely professional, always returned calls when promised, always emailed out the appointment times that Charlie would be attending and even sent email reminders which was great, whenever I called the office Chloe was always helpful and friendly, nothing seemed to much trouble, she is super organised. Charlie viewed the job and my husband and I were again very impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was, he had a lot of patience and went through our plan for our driveway with us and made suggestions where things could be improved, he also visited us again a week before the job was going to start to go over the plan, this again was arrange by Chloe, Charlie’s calm manner filled us with confidence that CW Stanley’s were the firm we wanted to do our driveway. All of the guys on the job were great, professional, knowledgeable and again nothing was too much trouble. Start to finish was a lovely experience, lovely firm to deal with.
