D C Groves have moved us out back in February and into our new home in such a professional, helpful and friendly way. Today they have returned some items from store, in just the same kind and helpful way. Our dealings with the office and administration matters has been just as good. We were moving locally and had been in our previous house for 12 years. The team packed and moved us. It was our first time using a packing service and it was amazing. The team turned up the day before the move and by the end of the day everything, apart from essentials, was packed and gone! We didn't need to prepare anything. Almost fully unpacked now and nothing is broken, so great care taken when packing. The entire team, including the office, were friendly, helpful and efficient. Not planning on moving again for a LONG time, but would use them again if we do. Thank you so much, it removed some of the stress that comes with moving.

We recently relocated from Kent to Berkshire, downsizing from a three storey townhouse to a first floor flat. Working with this firm was a pleasure from the first survey visit right through to the departure of the removal team from our new home. Everything was carried out exactly as agreed. They were very accommodating of many enforced changes of completion date. The team of Andrew, Tommy and Jamie were exceptional - punctual, smart, polite and always cheerful, despite encountering an unexpected problem with a large wardrobe. I would recommend Groves without hesitation.

I had things all over the place but the men packed it all for me in boxes. They were polite and pleasant. It was pouring with rain with arrived at the destination property but the men cheerfully moved everything in for me and completed everything the same day. They went above and beyond.

I could not have asked for a better removal experience for my elderly brother in law. Anthony was so very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. He and his colleague, were very friendly, calm, and did everything smoothly and competently. I have been a customer of D C Groves for around 20 Years for Residential and Commercial moves and storage. They are consistently professional, helpful and careful with our belongings. This move was a 3 day house to house move. I am again very happy with the process, cost and all the members of the team.

We had them empty our house for a new flooring and decorating project. We were out of the UK for the duration of the project, including the removal, storage, and return of our belongings. They were prompt, careful, and meticulous, even though we the homeowners weren't there. Overall, we're very satisfied with their work. The crews were very professional, and the office staff were friendly and communicated promptly. We had a couple of fairly significant glitches with them: we were double invoiced once, and they didn't take pictures of the rooms in our house so they'd know where the furniture pieces should be returned. In both cases, they made good on the glitches in a professional and responsible manner. I can live with mistakes as long as the trader corrects the mistakes promptly and courteously, which this trader most certainly did.
