Really pleased with the level of communication from David from start to finish re: pointing at the rear of my middle terraced home in September. I also had some repairs made to the guttering and walls in the garden. The scaffolders, Marvin and his lads had to scaffold over my new conservatory - but did a great job. Two of David's crews did the pointing and waterproof finish, and all the guys worked hard and were polite and reliable. David made sure to pop in a few times to check the work was good and progressing to specification. Thank you, David - an absolute gentleman, who made the job 'stress-free'.

We have used D Harrison Home Improvements before and very satisfied with the work. However on this occasion we wanted a sky light installed but we were persuaded that a sun tunnel would fit our requirements. But the result is not the outcome we expected. But the firm kept us informed all the time about progress. We did have a problem with the electrician but Dave sorted that problem out for us.

I picked Harrison's as I had seen their work elsewhere and I am pleased I did. The work was completed quickly and efficiently with the minimum inconvenience to me. The men were polite and friendly and very helpful and informative, Including the scaffolders, who helped by moving all my garden ornaments for me. I had a couple of small concerns after the work but Lukasz was happy to come and address those for me. I was very pleasantly surprised that Harrison's provide a free window cleaning service after completion of the works. I had already cleaned my windows so they will clean them for me next time they need doing. The roof work is to a high standard and there is a proper warranty, and the ongoing customer service is excellent so I feel the fairly substantial cost is justified and I am happy with my choice.

We had a complete Roof replacement in December 23 running into January 24. This included complete Felt Replacement, Complete now Roof and repairs to 4 Dormas. David did a review of the old roof by Drone, which showed up a lot of the problems which we inherited from a previous owner. This was done very much to our satisfaction and on time, thanks to the Roofers Harry and Lukasz. This has certainly stopped the leaks which were starting to occur at an alarming rate. Would recommend to anyone that needs roof repairs or replacement as happened in our case. He has also come and checked out what we thought were problems but this was solely down to the drying out process and no problems have come up since.

David and his team were brilliant, a year and a half on and we are still so happy with the work from him and the team. The guys were all great and friendly and kept me In the loop the whole time. Fully recommend the team

Responded promptly to initial contact. Estimate acceptable. Work started promptly when stated. Scaffolding done before hand. The team worked well arriving promptly every day and kept us informed of progress. Very happy with the final job.

When David gave us a quote, he listened to what we wanted, and we found him easy to talk to and we understood what he was talking about and if not, he would explain or demonstrate in a way that we could understand. David and his team started work in March 2023 to put up a two-storey extension. The project was not straight forward as we had previously had rouge builders who left the job unsafe and unfinished and the whole lot had to be taken down to foundation level, this left our confidence in builders at an all-time low and not sure who to trust. David and his team where polite and courteous towards us and worked hard when on site. They always turned up when we were told and at a good time. Their work is always to a high standard, and they take pride in what they are doing. Communication has been exceptional between David, his team, and us with everyone communicating clearly. Along the way, they met lots of challenging problems which would send us into a panic, but David would turn up to talk to us and always had solutions and immediately put us at ease. This meant such a lot to us and we began to feel more relaxed and could see a way forward. David has a wonderful team and has good contacts with other trades, and they all work well together in a timely manner to get the project completed. The team always cleared up after them and rubble and rubbish were taken away in regular intervals. They have regained our confidence in builders and would highly recommend in using again
