We had been meaning to replace the conservatory roof for at 3 years now, and really pleased at the results; very glad we did it. Writing the review now as we have had time to experience the new roof for over 1 year. It’s the best decision and so glad that we used D&I to change our roof. • 1st meeting was for a quote; reasonable costs, no hard sell, just facts and figures and answered all our questions. We had 5 quotes from other firms • Work started mid May and finished by 01 June (Bank holiday in between) • Each group of workman left the site as clear as possible and clean after every shift - scaffolders, roofers, electrician, plasterer etc. The reluctance for us to get the work done earlier and waiting so many years was partly due to being worried at the work / amount people involved and mess etc, but it was all very professional and efficient • The D&I team was receptive to feedback if we had any or if we found any issue and fixed it straight away (mostly minor as the build went on) • Post roof completion, again very receptive if we had any queries, small or big (there was an issue with the inside box gutter, minor water droplets leaking during very heavy rain). D&I team came back straight away to check and fixed it; no issues since • It looks fabulous both inside and outside (blends in nicely with our existing house roof). The conservatory is used almost every day now • Great job and service by the D&I team; we would recommend and use them again for other projects

I had all my windows replaced and a new composite door fitted by D&I and they did a fantastic job all round. From the showroom and the surveyor I had confidence they were a good company and the two lads that came to fit, Danny and Gary, did a fabulous job. My house is a cottage with stone walls and wooden sills and they were really careful not to leave any damage on the sills so I could avoid a trim fitting where it might have looked out of place. They showed up early and worked all day without stopping and are a credit to the company. I am really pleased with the result. It looks great and my house already feels warmer!

Purchased new outside door. Great professional service throughout, helpful staff in showroom, friendly staff who came to measure and price. Door fitted on the agreed date. Fitters were professional and friendly arrived on time took old door away and cleaned up. Very pleased with results. Would recommend this company.

Had a new composite door fitted recently and the price and quality is second to none. Staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We have had other work done including windows and conservatory in the past and have always been more than satisfied with the end results. I would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic company.

Extremely happy with our new door and windows. Wonderful service start to finish. Kelly came out and gave us a quote, which was fair, with no pressure at all to buy. On the day of the installation, the team arrived early, the work was completed in a timely manner and all rubbish including old windows/door was removed. Most importantly, the door and windows look amazing! Would definitely recommend!

We very extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship and finish. The job did take a little longer than expected mainly due to things happening out of anyones control. Communication could be slightly improved to keep us ‘In the picture’ of what and mainly when things were going to be done. A very competitive price point too. Have already recommended them to friends.
