Dean was brilliant. His price was more than competitive. He carried out an inspection to check what was needed and then only did what he said was required (whereas I had thought more might be needed) so he saved me quite a lot of money. He came exactly when he said he would and worked hard all day - even hoovering up afterwards! He also did more than he'd originally quoted for but didn't charge any extra. He's also a very nice bloke. Dean was brilliant in every way. I can't recommend him highly enough. I shall gladly give him 5 stars but would give him more if I could! N.B. Dean completed Electrical rewiring, fault finding, supplied and installed electrical fittings. Dean was easy to discuss questions with and indicated additional work as we progressed. All the work was successfully completed on schedule and when requested. His services are not cheap but the work is to a high standard and we were very satisfied with the finished job. At the end of every day the site was left clean and tidy. I would happily use him again.

Dean carried out several tricky jobs for me, that other electrians had declined to attempt. Mainly socket installation and moving existing sockets and switches. Dean was extremely reliable and trustworthy and completed the jobs to time and in a very neat and tidy manner. He took the time to explain everything to me and for the first time ever, I was actually able to understand what a trades person was telling me! Nothing was too much trouble for him and I can thoroughly recommend his services. I will definitely be using him again whenever the need arises and can thoroughly recommend him to others. Health warning though, a good supply of coffee is required to fuel this professional.

Our kitchen fluorescent tube packed in just before New Year and, in attempting to remove it, I accidentally broke the housing for it. Having contacted Dean by phone the previous day, he came out to inspect it on New Year's Eve and provided us with an extremely reasonable quotation on New Year's Day, which we accepted. He also offered to investigate a long-standing issue that we had had with a landing light, which was included in the quote. As agreed, Dean phoned us from the wholesale suppliers on the morning of 2nd January to let us know that the LED replacement unit that we had specified was in stock and offered to come in and fit it that afternoon. He arrived, as promised, on the dot of 2:00 p.m. and carried out both jobs speedily and efficiently with no mess. I could not fault the service we received, which was courteous, timely and professional. I would gladly recommend Dean to others and will have no hesitation in calling him in for any other electrical work we may require in the future.

D.P. Solutions recently carried out a Domestic Electrical Inspection at my rental property. I had used this company before (in 2018) for the same job so gave Dean a ring to discuss the renewal Inspection. We easily found a date convenient to both the tenants and Dean and he did the job at the beginning of Dec 2023. He certainly knows his stuff. I totally, 100% recommend this company - extremely helpful and professional. So refreshing to receive such good service - a thing that seems to have fallen by the wayside since Covid.
