Great all round service. Fixed a leaking roof, re-tiled and carried out some pointing over a conservatory roof which made access tricky. The standard of work was first class, job completed on time to a good price with no problems - despite tight access the work area was kept clean and tidy and the guys worked very hard to finish the job on schedule. We would use D&P again without hesitation.

Dale and his team replaced the roof tiles, soffits and fascias on my house as well as fiberglassing my flat roof and replacing my gutters and down spouts. They also removed a chimney that was no longer in use. They did an excellent job. Turning up on time and sometimes working until 7 pm of a night. They were very pleasant, tidy and kept me informed throughout. They certainly know how to work hard and I don’t remember them stopping even for lunch. I’m absolutely delighted with the finished work, quality, speed, price and the service provided. I would definitely recommend D&P roofing to friends and family.

Dale went above and beyond when replacing our roof. Always keeping me up to date with lots of photos and messages. Not cutting corners, kept to budget and did a good quality job. Also a really nice guy too. Highly recommend.

Paul and Dale successfully quoted to build me a new hobby room in my loft for my model railway. The excellent reviews they had on Which Trusted Traders gave me confidence in booking them for the job and I wasn't disappointed with their excellent work. Firstly, they started the job promptly and worked continuously until all the work was finished. Secondly, Paul and his assistant Mark worked so hard throughout the week and seamlessly slotted in the plastering and electrical work around the necessary roof alterations to fit two new Velux windows into my loft area. The result of all of their superb efforts is wonderful new, light bright and warm hobby room fitted to a very high standard ready for me to build my new railway layout. What also impressed us is how Paul minimised any mess by taking all the old materials and installing the new ones via the roof vents to keep our house nice and tidy - a really thoughtful touch. Communication before and during the job was superb and any minor alterations to my original plan were taken on board with any issues. A very professional team who did a great job for me and for which I am very grateful.

I contacted Dale and his team after another roofing company had messed up my roof and I had water coming into my property. From coming round to look at the issues to completing the job I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! Dale kept in constant contact with me throughout and even when the job was completed they left the scaffolding up my request until the next time it rained to ensure the issues were fixed. There was a small amount of water still finding its way into the property but the team came straight back out and rectified this issue immediately. I am extremely happy with the work they completed and the customer service was second to none. I will definitely be using D&P Roofing and Building LTD for any works in the future. I also want to add my thanks and appreciation to the guys. I had been having problems with my roof and the other roofing company for well over 18 months before I contacted D and P Roofing and Building but Dale and his team put my mind at rest and now that my house is no longer leaking I can finally relax! Dale, Paul, and their team have just completed a full re-roof on my house, including fascias, soffits, and guttering. My wife and I are both absolutely thrilled with the results. Dale arranged everything with speed and efficiency, and kept us informed throughout the job. Paul and the team on site would also inform us daily about progress. My wife was off on maternity leave while the job was done and she commented on how professional the team were - they worked hard, cleaned up any mess, were very polite, and were always happy to move things out of the way if she was coming or going from the house with the baby. The work was completed to the highest standard and I would highly recommend Dale and Paul, and their team. If we ever require any building or roofing work in the future, they will be the first people we call. Could not be happier!

Couldn't recommend D & P any more highly, every aspect of the job has been absolutely brilliant. We had a full roof replacement done and from quote all the way through to completion Dale, Paul and all the guys were absolutely brilliant. Work has been completed to a very high standard, we paid exactly what was quoted and communication from Dale was excellent throughout. Also, we live in a mid-terrace house but all the guys were very considerate of the neighbours which we were expecially grateful for. Would have no hesitation using D&P again.

I had a problem with the bedroom walls getting damp, it was the gutter leaking. Dale and Paul did a great job to fix this, they were both very helpful and very nice. I’ll definitely be using them for any future building work.

Dale, Paul and the lads fitted a brand new roof, fascias and guttering for me. They also completed some outdoor work that had been left unfinished by another company. Dale was upfront about all costs and the works schedule and kept me up to date at all times during these works - I paid exactly what was quoted and was impressed by the professional and friendly service that was given.
