We had an internal wall built (including internal windows), an external window replaced, some electrical work and extensive plastering carried out. All works were carried out within the original quote (no nasty hidden extras!). The work was done to a good standard and we were particularly impressed with some of the little touches like getting new skirting board cut to be identical to the original, very fancy, Edwardian skirting board. We found them to be friendly, honest people who we could trust with full access when we were out at work. They cleaned-up after themselves, kept us updated with work plans and time-lines and were easy to contact by phone or email whenever we had a question. Would definitely recommend.

Despite a death in the family, the firm worked steadily and cleanly to finish a great job. Pleasant workmen who when they discovered that one too the uncovered was deficient in insulation the topped upshot was there to modern standards without adding to the cost.

Second time we've used D&P after they did a full roof replacement for us last year. This time we called them when we had water coming in through our bedroom ceiling (nothing to do with the re-roof!). Dale took the call even though it was the weekend and Paul visited the following Monday and identified the issue was the gutters. Gave us a great price for replacement and arranged the scaffolding. Work was completed to a very high standard and even though the job ended up being more complicated than first thought, D&P honoured the original price. Friendly and helpful throughout, these guys are brilliant to deal with, I couldn't recommend them more highly.

An absolutely sterling job. Great communication throughout the whole process and a complete home transformation at the end! They also provided great assistance in securing a decorator to paint the exterior (windows included), which along with the new roof, looks fantastic! I have no hesitation in recommending D & P Roofing & Building Ltd and should the need arise, I will definitely use their services again.

Great all round service. Fixed a leaking roof, re-tiled and carried out some pointing over a conservatory roof which made access tricky. The standard of work was first class, job completed on time to a good price with no problems - despite tight access the work area was kept clean and tidy and the guys worked very hard to finish the job on schedule. We would use D&P again without hesitation.

5 star service. Highly recommended. Great service and value for money. Dale and his team replaced the roof tiles, soffits and fascias on my house as well as fiberglassing my flat roof and replacing my gutters and down spouts. They also removed a chimney that was no longer in use. They did an excellent job. Turning up on time and sometimes working until 7 pm of a night. They were very pleasant, tidy and kept me informed throughout. They certainly know how to work hard and I don’t remember them stopping even for lunch. I’m absolutely delighted with the finished work, quality, speed, price and the service provided. I would definitely recommend D&P roofing to friends and family.

Dale went above and beyond when replacing our roof. Always keeping me up to date with lots of photos and messages. Not cutting corners, kept to budget and did a good quality job. Also a really nice guy too. Highly recommend.

Paul and Dale successfully quoted to build me a new hobby room in my loft for my model railway. The excellent reviews they had on Which Trusted Traders gave me confidence in booking them for the job and I wasn't disappointed with their excellent work. Firstly, they started the job promptly and worked continuously until all the work was finished. Secondly, Paul and his assistant Mark worked so hard throughout the week and seamlessly slotted in the plastering and electrical work around the necessary roof alterations to fit two new Velux windows into my loft area. The result of all of their superb efforts is wonderful new, light bright and warm hobby room fitted to a very high standard ready for me to build my new railway layout. What also impressed us is how Paul minimised any mess by taking all the old materials and installing the new ones via the roof vents to keep our house nice and tidy - a really thoughtful touch. Communication before and during the job was superb and any minor alterations to my original plan were taken on board with any issues. A very professional team who did a great job for me and for which I am very grateful.
