Just WOW. I contacted Darren in March 2024, he was upfront straight away advising of his lead in time. I assured him I was happy to wait following the reviews and photos I had seen from his previous installations. He came and measured up and provided a 360 of what our bathroom would look like once done and the price. We (although hubby didn't really get much of a say!!) agreed to go ahead, picked our tiles and little extras and fast forward 8 months to November 24 it was our install week. Darren contacted me to advise all was still on track and he would see us on the Monday morning. Darren and Rob treated our home like their own, shoes off while putting the protective covering down on our floors and stairs and then they set to work, they never stopped (I'm not even sure they stop for lunch to be fair 😆). At the end of each day Darren showed me what they had done and asked if I had any questions. First thing the next morning he checked to see if there were any further questions before starting work for the day. 4 days and we had our bathroom installed, no mess and our old bathroom stacked neatly on our front garden to be collected on the Friday. I absolutely adore our bathroom and would 100% recommend Darren and Rob (DS Bathrooms) for any bathroom installations....so much so, I'm ready for him to come and price up our en-suite. They are first class and very professional lads. Thank you 😀

Darren was professional from the start. His expert advise on style and materials was invaluable in choosing our new style bathroom. Both Darren and Rob were quick, hard working and very clean. I love my new wet room, it was definitely worth the long wait.

We were blown away by the total transformation of our old bathroom which Darren fitted with great care and enthusiasm in 2022. Excellent attention to detail and such a great finish. Two years on my lovely bathroom still looks exactly as it did when first fitted and I can appreciate the small details that I didn’t notice straight away such as all the tiles are perfectly in line, the grouting finish has not tarnished and still looks faultless. I recommend DS Bathrooms 100% and would not hesitate to use them again when we eventually move to another house.

From start to finish we’ve been blown away with Darren’s relentless passion to make our refurb something spectacular. Never would I have envisaged it could be so amazing. When we first met Darren we knew he was the person we wanted to refurbish our bathroom, as he immediately arranged for us to view in person one of his previous refurbs close to where we live. This in itself was a true testament to how confident he was in his mastery, and wow did his previous client who we met sing his praises. We agreed to move forward and every step of the way felt confident and supported with our choices. When the time came to start the project Darren & Rob were extremely professional and respectful of our house. To see their excitement for the project and how hard they both worked to get the job done working within the time constraints of what we’d asked was outstanding. The end result was nothing short of miraculous. We are all completely in awe of their work and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for a high quality bathroom refurbishment.

DS Bathrooms have done a fantastic job on our main and en-suite bathrooms. Darren and Rob worked extremely hard and have totally transformed our bathrooms which now look modern and stylish. We are delighted and would highly recommend them.

Darren and Rob refurbished our en suite to the highest of standards. From initial contact, planning and installation they were amazing and precise. The transformation is amazing and we are so very happy with the results. We were kept up to speed where the job was at and premises left in the condition it was found. Very trustworthy people and would highly recommend.

Darren and Rob from DS Bathrooms were superb throughout, from the initial survey, showing us things we hadn't even considered, to selecting items and materials, to the final intensive but impressive week of fitting. We were shown professional 3D visual representations of the planned work at an early stage to help in our final selection and provided with accurate estimates to match. Any changes we requested were quickly reflected in the 3D images and estimates. These were adhered to on completion, apart from a minor increase in materials, which was made clear from the outset, due to the fitting being so far in the future. We now know why his order book is so full; the company's reputation speaks for itself. We were always kept informed throughout. Darren always asked each day if we had any questions, explained what they were about to do, confirmed what had been achieved at the end and what was left to do, before cleaning up. The end result definitely exceeded our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, friend, family or stranger. A perfect job.

Darren and Rob as DS Bathrooms have done an absolutely amazing job on our bathroom. They took it back to brick and have created a masterpiece. Great communication from start to finish and Darren checked in with me every morning as well to see if I had any questions. They worked solidly all day every day and their work is impeccable. What a slick operation from the original quote to the finished job. Darren and Rob were lovely to have in the house and was kept up to date every step of the way. They were prompt, worked hard, tidied up as they went along and did a fantastic job which was helped by the quality fittings used. We are absolutely delighted with the result and couldn't quite believe they could do all this in 4 days. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone

From Darren coming last September to give us a quote the customer service has been exceptional. Two great lads completed the bathroom install from start to finish within 3.5 days. Nothing was a problem Darren explained everything thoroughly everything day what was going to happen. I would trust these lads with my life. I cried on completion it has totally transformed the bathroom and literally changed my life. My husband and I absolutely love it. I would recommend Darren and Rob two fantastic workers who left no mess at all . Great job thanks again Darren and Rob
