If you are considering a bathroom renovation, we would not hesitate to recommend DS Bathrooms. Darren and Rob have done an excellent job on our main bathroom and ensuite. Darren designed a new layout for the bathroom making the best use of the space. He was also very helpful (and patient!) when it came to choosing the right colour tiles, units and flooring. The installation ran smoothly. Our property was respected and overall there was minimal mess. You may have to wait a few months until he can fit you in but we can 100% say he is worth the wait.

Prompt on every day of installation, always keeping us informed on each step of the fit also asked if we had any questions before stating work each day, Finished ahead of schedule with result better than expected. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The latest instalment of bathroom projects with Darren and Rob of DS Bathrooms. I initially engaged with DS Bathrooms in Aug 2021, asking for a quote for the master bedroom's ensuite. This install took place in May 2022, followed by the downstairs toilet in December 2023, main family bathroom in January 2024 and my final ensuite in Jan 2026. There's more than one reason I kept asking Darren and Rob back... Design expertise - I never had my own clear vision of what I wanted each room to look at. Darren was great at understanding a rough vision of the requirement and offering design advice and guidance which resulted in 4 projects I was delighted with Expert communication - Every project was discussed and documented at each stage. This made it really clear for me to understand not only what I was getting, but how much it would cost and when it would be completed Timeliness - Every project was set out with a clear plan in the quote including when each milestone payment would be due. This made life very easy for me and ensured there was no project slippage or cost creep Quality of Work - Without this, the rest is meaningless. The final quality of each project is excellent. My vague ambition was for high quality rooms and the design met this ask. The expertise of Darren and Rob ensured that the quality of work delivered the vision of the initial design. Overall a very happy customer! If I had more bathrooms I wouldn't look anywhere else.

We have used DS Bathrooms before after our neighbours were full of praise and showed us their new high quality en suite. My husband chose the dramatic dark grey tiles and I wanted something lighter so went for a pale pink/ almond tone which looks absolutely beautiful Darren and Rob are a slick team who arrived promptly every day and work flat out until completion. They do everything apart from the electrics so no worries about substandard work from others. Whilst my old en suite was still working and looked fine I wanted more quality fixtures and fittings and that is what I now have, all supplied and fitted with the minimum of fuss/ mess and maximum of style. Everything is perfect especially the quality of the tiling. My new shower works much better than my old and the radiator is very superior. Darren takes great care at every stage to make sure the customer is happy and I am 100% sure he would return to remedy anything that needs it.

A fantastic experience from the initial consultation to the end result. A very professional service with great care to detail, I particularly liked the time Darren took to understand my requirements before even viewing the bathroom, and the 3d mock up of how my bathroom could look was a game-changer. Darren and Rob arrived promptly on day 1, and full installation was complete in just 4 days. I was impressed with the way they worked with respect for my property, keeping it clean and tidy throughout. The end result is simply stunning. We spent significant time researching bathroom designers and fitters and received quotes from 2. We decided to use Darren as he was thorough in the initial survey and completely transparent with the options and with pricing. Darren took additional time to explore the size of fitment which enabled us to increase the size of the shower. Darren was diligent and patient with us as we looked at the colour options and helped us to choose a colour scheme that was sympathetic. The work was completed to an exceptional standard and within the expected timescale, even though the bathroom was bigger than the average. We are more than happy with the new bathroom and all of the communication we had with Darren and would not hesitate to recommend him.

When we were looking at having our tired bathroom replaced, we had looked at exploring a few quotes. However, on meeting Darren we immediately decided that his company was the one we were going to use. He doesn't employ any high-pressure selling - financials aren't discussed at the initial appointment - leaving you time to make your own mind up later when the quote follows by email. He priced additional options and, now that the bathroom is installed, he obviously only uses materials of the highest calibre. He was easily reachable whenever we had questions about possible further options and was always willing to give his professional opinion on whether they were necessary or viable. The waiting list for installation was approximately 6 months, which is a testament to how in demand his services are. A few days before installation, we received a reminder call so we could make space for materials storage, access and egress etc. Darren and Rob arrived right on time on day 1 and spent a lot of time meticulously protecting the floors and furniture in the house before removing the old bathroom suite. Everything was coordinated, from the day the electrician would arrive, to sorting out the removal of waste afterwards. Aftercare and warranties have also been explained to us, so we have confidence that in the event that anything goes wrong, it'll be remedied. The finished installation is out of this world (look at their social media for examples of work done). I would highly recommend. A++
