They worked efficiently and quickly. They removed existing toilet, shower and sink. Renewed floors walls and ceiling. Shower is ideally suited to my needs and I am extremely satisfied with the work they have done. I’ve already showed it off to family and friends. I’ve heard someone wants to come round and look with a view to renewing their bathroom.

DS completely redesigned our bathroom, transforming it to perfectly suit our needs. The consultation process was thorough, with an excellent selection of tiles and fittings available to choose from. Being able to view samples at his workshop in Morpeth was incredibly helpful in making our decisions. The quality of both materials and workmanship is exceptional - everything feels premium and built to last. DS and his assistant were consistently polite and professional throughout the project. I was amazed at how they managed to keep our house clean, tidy, and somehow completely dust-free during the installation - truly impressive attention to detail! While we did have a 9-month wait from booking to installation, DS kept us fully informed throughout this period, updating us on any manufacturer price changes and sticking to the installation date he originally promised - no nasty surprises or delays. The results speak for themselves - we're so pleased with our new bathroom that we've already booked DS to renovate our en-suite next!
