Complete bathroom renovation which also involved removal of an internal wall to combine separate bathroom and toilet into one room. All existing bathroom fittings were removed and the bath replaced with a walk-in in shower, new toilet and basin unit, new flooring and radiator, new plasterwork and new door frame/door and complete re-tile of walls. All electrical work and plumbing was also carried out. Darren (DS Bathrooms) is a an excellent project manager with great attention to detail and the quality and finish of his work is exceptional. He is a great tradesman to deal with, honest, reliable, friendly and professional and takes pride in delivering customer service to an extremely high level. He always responds promptly when contacted, keeps you informed and involved throughout the project and always delivers on time. He has a 'can do' approach and any problems are managed and resolved without any fuss. He is one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a quality service.

This was the second of our two bathrooms we have had done by DS Bathrooms. Darren and Rob once again did a phenomenal job, quick, efficient,tidy and thorough. The key to the way they work is excellent communication from first contact through to faultless and prompt aftersales. To have each of our Bathrooms fully renovated within three days was exceptional. There is a long lead time of about seven months at present due to the number of new and returning customers Darren is getting which tells its own story, but when you order you are given a firm date and it is stuck to. Probably the best tradesmen we have ever used.

I cannot possibly reccomend D S Bathrooms enough. I researched for over a year about who to use for our bathroom knowing that it was going to be a massive job. I was nervous and my husband was filled with pure dread for the future upheaval. I wanted someone where one company would come and do everything rather than coordinating different contractors and that is exactly what i got and then some. From the point of arranging the survey Darren was helpful, clear and most importantly turned up when he said he would. He talked me through all of my options and was clear with his pricing with no sales pressure whatsoever. He made clear with his quote the contigency pricing for the worst situation possible....which is exactly what i was expecting to happen and oh boy it did! When the..what can only be reffered to as the disintegration of our old bathroom happened and it was time for the install these guys were amazing!! Everyday they turned up early, cracked on with the job, and had a laugh. They were friendly, and clean and tidy. Every day Darren checked in with me morning and afternoon to see if i had questions and it was finished in exactly the timescale i was given. I cant express how impressed i am i will recommend them to ANYONE!! 50 stars...and even the hubby was impressed which is worth 100 stars more!!

I approached DS Bathrooms back in August 2021 after some searching of local companies in local directories and via Google. I chose 2 companies based on their apparent reputation and professional looking websites inc. galleries of work. Darren at DS Bathrooms was responsive and professional, setting my expectations on his future availability which is great if you have a deadline in mind already. The other company were also professional, however, after Darren came round to survey the job, I felt far more confident that I would get what I wanted from DS Bathrooms. After receiving a design (inc. images and a 3D projection) and quotes, I booked in with Darren for an en-suite remodel in May 2022. As the date approached, I was contacted by Darren to re-confirm that there were change in requirements to the design etc. When the date arrived, Darren & Rob arrived promptly and worked diligently to ensure floors and surfaces in the home were not damaged and began the work. Darren works with a clear plan of objectives for each day and articulates this clearly, which is a really nice touch. The resulting en-suite I was overjoyed having removed the previous, unnecessary box work and giving a more modern feel than before. When it came to updating the downstairs WC and main bathroom there was no need for me to approach anyone else. I again contacted Darren who provided the expertise and advice I sought and in December 2023 and January 2024 respectively, my new downstairs WC and main bathroom were completed. Once again this was all completed to plan and in a professional manner. I do have another en-suite left which will likely follow in 2025. I think it's clear who I will be contracting with for that piece of work too!
