Darren and Rob done an amazing transformation on my bathroom this week. They were friendly and very efficient. There was minimal mess, it being cleared at the end of every day and I was kept up to date with the progress. My bathroom was their priority for the 4 days it took. The finish was excellent, I was overwhelmed by the change. I’d recommend anyone to use them. Outstanding. 👍

From Darren coming last September to give us a quote the customer service has been exceptional. Two great lads completed the bathroom install from start to finish within 3.5 days. Nothing was a problem Darren explained everything thoroughly everything day what was going to happen. I would trust these lads with my life. I cried on completion it has totally transformed the bathroom and literally changed my life. My husband and I absolutely love it. A brilliant job removing our old bath and installing a new shower. Work carried out in super quick time and a top class quality job. Darren is extremely professional in the care of his customers through the whole process. We would have no hesitation in recommending DS Bathrooms to anyone thinking about having work done.

They worked efficiently and quickly. They removed existing toilet, shower and sink. Renewed floors walls and ceiling. Shower is ideally suited to my needs and I am extremely satisfied with the work they have done. I’ve already showed it off to family and friends. I’ve heard someone wants to come round and look with a view to renewing their bathroom.

From consultation to completion an absolutely professional job. More than happy with the result. Darren very patient especially when I changed my mind about the times then selected the ones I’d already picked again! Arrived on time no mess no fuss all rubbish cleared promptly. A superb finish - the best room in the house now!

When we were looking at having our tired bathroom replaced, we had looked at exploring a few quotes. However, on meeting Darren we immediately decided that his company was the one we were going to use. He doesn't employ any high-pressure selling - financials aren't discussed at the initial appointment - leaving you time to make your own mind up later when the quote follows by email. He priced additional options and, now that the bathroom is installed, he obviously only uses materials of the highest calibre. He was easily reachable whenever we had questions about possible further options and was always willing to give his professional opinion on whether they were necessary or viable. The waiting list for installation was approximately 6 months, which is a testament to how in demand his services are. A few days before installation, we received a reminder call so we could make space for materials storage, access and egress etc. Darren and Rob arrived right on time on day 1 and spent a lot of time meticulously protecting the floors and furniture in the house before removing the old bathroom suite. Everything was coordinated, from the day the electrician would arrive, to sorting out the removal of waste afterwards. Aftercare and warranties have also been explained to us, so we have confidence that in the event that anything goes wrong, it'll be remedied. The finished installation is out of this world (look at their social media for examples of work done). I would highly recommend. A++

From start to finish Darren provided an exceptional service, Darren went over and beyond to help us plan the best bathroom that suited our needs. Always kept us informed and used the best quality products. Super efficient and coordinated other professionals to complete an amazing job, Darren took great pride in his product and wont settle for anything but the best for his customers. Darren and Rob as DS Bathrooms have done an absolutely amazing job on our bathroom. They took it back to brick and have created a masterpiece. Great communication from start to finish and Darren checked in with me every morning as well to see if I had any questions. They worked solidly all day every day and their work is impeccable. We were blown away by the total transformation of our old bathroom which Darren fitted with great care and enthusiasm in 2022. Excellent attention to detail and such a great finish. Two years on my lovely bathroom still looks exactly as it did when first fitted and I can appreciate the small details that I didn’t notice straight away such as all the tiles are perfectly in line, the grouting finish has not tarnished and still looks faultless. I recommend DS Bathrooms 100% and would not hesitate to use them again when we eventually move to another house.

Darren and Rob from DS Bathrooms were superb throughout, from the initial survey, showing us things we hadn't even considered, to selecting items and materials, to the final intensive but impressive week of fitting. We were shown professional 3D visual representations of the planned work at an early stage to help in our final selection and provided with accurate estimates to match. Any changes we requested were quickly reflected in the 3D images and estimates. These were adhered to on completion, apart from a minor increase in materials, which was made clear from the outset, due to the fitting being so far in the future. We now know why his order book is so full; the company's reputation speaks for itself. We were always kept informed throughout. Darren always asked each day if we had any questions, explained what they were about to do, confirmed what had been achieved at the end and what was left to do, before cleaning up. The end result definitely exceeded our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, friend, family or stranger. A perfect job.

Replace and upgrade existing bathroom, on time, to schedule and agreed budget. Of the many bathroom fitting experiences I have had over a lifetime, this was by far the easiest and least stressful. Darren and Rob are lovely lads, real gentlemen who make a slick and efficient team, starting the job on the scheduled day and finishing in 4 days. Darren's design skills and gentle persuasion in the face of someone with old fashioned ideas have given me a bathroom beyond my expectations. I love it! Worth the waiting time. An initial visit led to a thoughtful new design. Materials were chosen and a date set to start the work. The job was completed on schedule and on budget. Darren and Rob’s attitude and work was top-notch. Throughout, on-going communication was excellent. One unexpected problem was systematically found then dealt with. I would highly recommend the firm.

We spent significant time researching bathroom designers and fitters and received quotes from 2. We decided to use Darren as he was thorough in the initial survey and completely transparent with the options and with pricing. Darren took additional time to explore the size of fitment which enabled us to increase the size of the shower. Darren was diligent and patient with us as we looked at the colour options and helped us to choose a colour scheme that was sympathetic. The work was completed to an exceptional standard and within the expected timescale, even though the bathroom was bigger than the average. We are more than happy with the new bathroom and all of the communication we had with Darren and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Invited DS Bathrooms back to refit en suite bathroom after they updated our main bathroom last year. Once again they’ve done a fantastic job, everything has gone smoothly and the en suite looks fab. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
