Excellent professional service from Dacol from start to finish, with good communication throughout. After the quotation was supplied for door and windows it was left to us to decide what we wanted and to contact Dacol if we wished to proceed, there was no hard sell unlike other well known companies. After accepting the quotation the surveyor visited and the door and windows were ordered and arrived in the estimated timescale. We also needed lead work to be carried out and this was arranged for us and the work combined with the windows and door being installed. Everyone involved is a credit to the company which deserves its excellent reputation. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable and helpful as was the gentleman who carried out the lead work. The job was done quickly with very little mess and no re-decoration needed. We were very impressed with the work carried out and we would definitely recommend this company to others and will be having further work carried out ourselves.

The Sales person did not try to influence me in any way from my choice of purchase and the door was fitted well before the specified time and date given. The fitters were both polite and considerate with my property when fitting the door and before leaving gave me detailed instructions on the correct use of the locking system they left the site clean and tidy. You could not have wished for a better service.

First class service from initial meet, measuring, quotation, survey. Followed by an excellent professional job in the fitting. Cleared as they went along all debris removed. Everything cleaned and checked. Would highly recommend. Great job, very happy.

Windows were fitted in a quicker time period than expected. The window, fitters and company were brilliant.

We were impressed with Dacol from the first contact. On their initial visit there were not pushy, did not try to up-sell and listened to what we wanted. Again the process of ordering was straightforward with a further visit to confirm measurements and our requirements and all questions were answered professionally. The work was carried out within the suggested dates and the work itself is of a high standard, the fitters were efficient and friendly and left the house, clean and tidy. We are very pleased with Dacol, including the competitive price; and would not hesitate in using them again or recommending them.

We contacted this company on the 11th April 2022 and arranged for a visit on the 13th April for a quote for a new door frame with windows to form a new porch. The rep arrived as arranged and took the required measurements. While he was hear we asked if he could quote for replace leaded light glass panes that are misting up. He said that it is possible and proceeded to do this. It is now four and a half weeks since his call and we have not had any communication from them

Replacements to wooden conservatory walls completed to our complete satisfaction. Especially pleased with Mark's suggestions for larger panels and for Ben, Craig and Darren doing the hard work of fitting so quickly and efficiently.

Local, family run business, Dacol supplied and installed three new double-glazed windows on the North side of my house which is particularly cold and damp in winter. The installation looks neat and clean and was carried out cheerfully and efficiently. Price was very slightly less than other quotes. Let's hope this solves the condensation problem when it gets colder.

Had a new large Double Glazed 3 sided Bay Window, and Patio Sliding Doors fitted on 18 Dec by Dacol. Very pleased with the actual windows/doors so far. Much nicer looking and much less draughty than the previous ones. The windows were fitted on one of the worst weather days of December (wet and windy, but the fitters (Ben and Craig) were up for it, and proceeded to fit them in just over half a day. Very little of the driving rain came into the house, though they were soaked by the time they finished. Both were very personable and obviously knew their jobs, and what little mess they made was cleared before they finished. Obviously its early days yet, but we are more than happy with the quality of the large Bay Window and the Sliding Patio Doors, and likewise really pleased with Ben and Craig who fitted the units in appalling weather with so little mess and inconvenience to ourselves.
