I contacted Marcin recently because we needed some exterior work done mainly rendering. Marcin had previously done excellent work on our damp proofing in our kitchen/diner. The work this time did not require damp proofing but Marcin happily gave me advice on what needed doing - this was so much appreciated as he is very honest and direct. Marcin is an excellent tradesperson and incredibly knowledgeable on all things to do with damp proofing. Faced with extensive damp issues in my newly bought home Marcin was able to effectively solve my issues with rising damp by way of a damp proofing course using injections into the outer wall and removing render from the bottom perimeter causing a water bridge. Marcin also went on to replaster the house having using a damp roof membrane on my outside facing walls. Where required Marcin also used insulation boards which reduced condensation.
