Wainwright's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Wainwrights took great care in the cleaning process. The carpets are transformed. Not only were stains removed, but the pile stands up and the true colours have returned.

My 92 year old brother-in-law had his carpets cleaned by Dan and another staff member producing really good results. Dan was efficient throughout from my first contact with him. He and the other staff member were very kind to my brother-in-law in addition to doing a lovely job. They even re-arranged his armchairs which he now loves. The price was very fair and we would certainly use them again. Thank you Dan.

Very happy to review Daniel cleaning our pale coloured and stained carpet in the sitting/dining room.We have cats and grandchildren. I am thrilled with the result and was impressed by Daniel's attitude and work ethic.He was punctual and also went the extra mile to obtain the correct tool to remove cat hair ingrained into our stair carpet.He understood the different piles and how to clean effectively. We used Wainwrights to clean our carpets and lounge rug. We have a dog so they get messy. I have to say they have come up as clean as the day they were fitted. Daniel was knowledgeable, took great care in the cleaning process and his prices were reasonable too. All in all, Daniel comes highly recommended and I would use his company again. I have recommended him to friends and family already.

Call me stupid but I managed to tip the sludge from a central heating header tank onto the landing carpet. My attempt to clean the mess up only made things look worse. I thought the carpet was ruined so contacted the company that we had purchased it from and they recommended to try Wainwright's Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. Dan came to inspect the damage but as it was a loop pile woolen carpet he said that he could improve it but it might be an insurance claim to replace. Arriving the next day on time as agreed he not only cleaned the damage area but as he had a minimum charge he would also clean the the remaining landing carpet and the stairs. Anyway, by the time he had finished there was no sign of the stain and the whole carpet looked as good a new, no need to contact the insurance company. I can't recommend highly enough Dan and his cleaning company, he is professional, competent and takes the time to explain what can or can't be done. I was so impressed that this is the first review I have ever made as outstanding service needs recognition. Dan, you saved my life as my wife never needs to know what happened!

I am very impressed with the work done cleaning my carpets. They look as good as new! Considering I have 4 Cats and 3 parrots making a mess, my carpets were in serious need of cleaning. I also needed reassurance that the products used would not endanger the lives of my pets. Dan was more than happy to send me information regarding the chemicals used so I could check with my Vet. The work was done on schedule and within budget. I was impressed with the level of communication, consideration, cost, helpfulness, and aftercare advice. Dan came today to do our carpets and sofa. They have come up like new! I couldn’t believe the difference. Dan is really reasonably priced and explains the process fully.. I will definitely be using him the future and will be recommending him to friend :-)

Through a carpet company we had used, I was given this trader's contact number to clean our lounge carpet. On inital contact I got a prompt response, very informative, friendly guy offered to make a house call to view carpet size, provided further information on what would take place, length of time etc and to quote. Received quote by email, we agreed a date and time. The trader was punctual, thorough in his work and helpful advice provided. Impressed with the outcome.
