After a couple of sales consultations, a visit to the Warmer Roof showroom in Frome and price negotiations with. Danke, I agreed to have my existing polycarbonate conservatory roof removed, and replaced with a solid timber insulated pod version which was finished with a very realistic composite slate (Tapco) version, after a slight delay on the original start date work started on the 14th June preceded by the set up of scaffolding by a sub contractor on Sat. 12th June the team of three were very efficient polite and hard working. The start was overseen by one of the company partners, Luke . The conservatory was stripped of the old roof, and new roof on by the end of the first day as promised. I watched the construction as it progressed and was impressed with the attention to detail. Hats off to the clearly experienced young crew, who worked through a spell of very hot weather. I was kept informed of all aspects throughout the whole operation. The work started on a Monday and construction aspects including 1st fix electrical work was finished on Thursday followed by plastering on the Friday and 2nd fix electrics on Mon or Tuesday 21/ 22nd June. I paid the electrician for some special features I required that were not agreed in the original quote.. A sub contractor collected all waste and took great care in brushing down my driveway, and were as polite and obliging as all workers and subcontractors had been. This is something Danke class as an equally important aspect of their business. Their admin staff were equally impressive and excellent in their communication from supplying detailed contract through to issuing the indemnified warrantee . The staged payment procedure was as agreed and handled very efficiently. Most contacts etc. were dealt with on line, but admin were happy to provide hard copies when requested, having had tales of woe I have experienced on previous contracted work, this has been the best experience I?ve ever had. It?s a good feeling to be a wholly satisfied customer. Very Happy I chose Danke.

I had the glass panels of my mums conservatory roof replaced with a tiled roof, Firstly I received a clear detailed plan of the scheduled work for the week ahead with daily arrival times and what work would be taking place on that day. The whole job took 4 days from start to finish, it was done in a very professional manner the rubbish was taken away and all left very clean and tidy at the end of each day, we are very pleased with the end result it was a absolute pleasure to have done business with Danke Home improvements I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the future.

We used Danke Home Improvements to change our Conservatory roof to a home insulated tiled roof. After researching different conservatory companies because of the friendly approach we had at the quotation stage and competitive price we chose Danke. From start to finish we had superb service from all trades from the scaffolders at the beginning, the team who did the overall job, plasterers and electricians which was all done in 5 days. It was a complete no hassle service and for me communication is key and were constantly updated. The internal dome affect is excellent and we couldn't ask for a smarter looking roof. We were just in time as we had a heat wave and what a difference the temperature is, this will now be our living room.All visitors that we have had have commented on how good it is. Danke replaced our polycarbonate conservatory roof with an insulated roof system with skylights from Warmer Homes. Danke were a pleasure to deal with from the initial survey through to completion. Great care was taken at every step to ensure that they met our requirements and that the work was completed to our satisfaction. Their workforce were well organised, arrived as promised, were friendly and polite and when the job was done left the site clean and tidy. Our conservatory is on the front of our house and they appreciated from the outset that it was important that the new roof fitted in with the existing slate. It was not a straightforward installation requiring the new roof to join the existing roof at a different pitch. The necessary joining leadwork was carefully and expertly done.
