Danntec

Danntec sourced and put together a new computer for me and transferred all of the existing material from the old computer onto the new one. They upgraded the system and added a good sound system and programmes to compliment my computer requirements. Their advice was knowlegable and speedy and the service very efficient.Even when i had one or two teething problems Danntec remotely accessed my computer and made all the necessary adjustments to rectify it. Very reasonably priced and totally trustworthy. The service is excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Can't recommend DannTec highly enough. Mike did an excellent job bringing my (very) old laptop back to life for a very reasonable price. Friendly service with all works clearly explained. This is a well earned five stars!

I consulted Danntec regarding water damage to my laptop. Michael was very professional and offered to examine the laptop soon after the incident. He was easily contactable and gave regular updates on the progress and condition of my laptop. When the extent of the damage was fully assessed, he provided me with all of the options I had for repairs and gave extremely helpful advice about what each option meant. He was also able to offer me an upgrade to my laptop in addition for the repair service and this all came to a very reasonable price.

My gaming PC unexpectedly broke down just after New Year's and Danntec came highly recommended so it was my first choice. The issues took a bit to resolve in the end, but I received regular updates via phone calls and emails. The quote was very reasonable for the extent of work done and time it took and my computer works better than it used to. Will reccomend to anyone.

Danntec were recommended to me by an established client who have their support for softwear and hardwear services. They undertook to examine my malfunctioning laptop and provided an explanation of likely problems and potential solutions. After discussion we agreed actions to secure important data before installing a bigger hard drive and coincidentally a new battery. The work was carried out to plan and to agreed estimate with reports on progress and reassurances on actual findings and the approach being taken. All functions were reinstalled on the laptop with systems upgraded where appropriate. Follow up has been helpful and reassuring and I will have no hesitation in using the service again including seeking advice on issues and will recommend Danntec to any associates in need.

The level of service provided was excellent. From initial assessment, through to repair and return Michael was professional, customer focused and extremely knowledgeable. At times unexpected problems were encountered with the repair with Michael discussing the options available with a great customer focused approach. I recently acquired a new laptop as a replacement for one I had used for a number of years. Danntec assisted me with the selection of the new laptop, acquired it for me and then transferred the information from my old laptop to the new one. The whole process was made easy for me thanks to the helpful advice offered by Danntec and the prompt and professional way they managed the whole process. Having used Danntec a few times I think they offer a great service. They take time to understand my problem and then provide a very clear overview of what the underlying issue might be, a number of options of how it can be resolved as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each of these. This has made it feel like someone care rather than the impersonal approach that some of the more well know computer retailers offer. Plus it's cheaper!

These were recommended by a friend, so I was pretty sure to expect a quality service. They've replaced two hard drives (different machines!) within a few days' turnaround, and never sold me anything I didn't need. Spot on, lads.
