Great experience start to finish. Darren responded promptly to my initial enquiry, showed up when he said he would to assess the job, and got back to me quickly with a fairly priced quote. And again, when it came to completing the work, Darren showed up when he said he would, completed the work efficiently, and left the job clean and tidy. A pleasure to deal with.

After experiencing power outage due to trip switch problem called Darren Spencer and got immediate response. Problem identified and work completed urgently to fit up to date fuseboard and circuits inspected and thoroughly tested. Great value for work done and would not hesitate to use again.

Darren is a very obliging man, he puts himself out to give a quick response, his work is neat and tidy and knows just what he is doing and gives a first class service, Have no problem in recommending him for all your electrical needs, Big or Small. He has done several jobs for us over the years.

Darren, put in a new fuse box off the main box and put in 2 new 20amp switches for my kilns. Darren was good at communication, We use mostly text messages. He was very punctual and when he was held up 10 minutes, he text to let me know. I asked alot of questions and he took the time to explain clearly what was required. The work was very tidy. We needed to upgrade our fuse box, so contacted Darren. He was able to complete the work quickly and efficiently. The installation was a big improvement on the old one and Darren's professional approach meant he talked us through the work required. Darren has now become our 1st person to call when we need some electrical work. For example he changed the standard light fitting for a much wider button/switch which is easier for Andrew (92) to turn on/off. We also wanted the immersion heater fitted with an timer to make use of economy 7 cheap rates. All work is excellent, Darren is tidy, and a lovely man to invite into your home. Darren is great, I use him for all my properties, he always makes himself available and goes above and beyond, always cleans up afterwards too which i think is a major plus as a lot of trades seem to miss this detail.

He replied promptly to my call for help after l received an electric shock from my cooker. Made it safe did remedial electric work and returned to fit the new cooker as soon as it arrived. I rebooked him to return and put in a modern fuse box. His quote was reasonable, arrived at the stated times, left no mess, and did a small extra job while he was here. Then deducted money from the bill as not used all parts quoted for. I would ask him again if necessary and highly recommend his service.

Have used Darren for a few jobs now. He always tries to fit the work in as soon as possible. He does a good job and is sensibly priced. I like his professional approach but he is still friendly and helpful. He is my "go-to" electrician.

Darren did a fantastic job fitting the lights for my father. He turned up on time to give a quote. The quote was itemised and was an accurate cost for the job. He then arranged a date with us to the job which was not that long after the quote. He turned up exactly on time and talked us through any questions we had. The work he did I couldn't fault. He even offered to come and change any light bulbs for my elderly father in the future if he couldn't do it. Darren is a great guy and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again.

Darren replaced our ailing kitchen downlights with new LED units. Not the biggest job in the world but Darren was prompt, reliable and very efficient. He visited, sent a quote and did the work within a week. His number is now in our go to book.

The work that Darren carried out was to install 2 x double sockets and 1 x fuse spur switch. All work was completed to a high standard with all cables neatly behind the walls. Darren works in a clean tidy and well organised fashion. It was a real pleasure dealing with someone highly committed to good customer care, the price for the work was also very reasonable. Darren first came round to the house to look to see if it was possible to install the above. He was friendly, informative and honest. After the consultation, Darren forwarded a quote listing individually the cost of the parts and labour and asked if we were satisfied with his quote to carry our the work. Upon our approval, he returned a couple of weeks later and quickly and tidily installed our extractor fan as to the specification he had previously given. Darren showed myself how to adjust the fan run time should i need to and overall I was very happy with the work carried out. He would definitely be my first port of call in the future.

We asked Darren to quote us for fitting 3 replacement light fittings. His quote was very competitive and professionally presented. He arrived on time on the agreed day and carried out the work professionally and in good time with a cheerful, friendly manner. When he had finished, I asked him for advice about a failed element in the hot water tank and also up-lighters in our living room which weren't working (we had only recently moved in). At no extra charge, he diagnosed the trouble and sent me a second very reasonable quote which I accepted. A new date for the work was arranged and Darren returned, carried out the job including helping to move heavy furniture to gain necessary access. My wife and I were very impressed with Darren his work and wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone who requires an expert electrician at a fair price.

Darren wired up the conservatory and did a variety of other electrical jobs for my elderly father. He was very efficient, and did all the work to budget and at a very reasonable price. He was a very nice friendly man, and spent time with my father who enjoyed talking to him. He did a brilliant job and we would definitely recommend him.
