We are Darren and Tyler the two halves of Dartyl ltd.

We also have Kelly who will be happy to answer any of your enquiries.

We are a small family run business, specialising in all aspects plumbing, heating and high quality bathrooms.

We also offer boiler service and breakdown care plans at very competitive rates.

Whilst we are a fairly new company we have 35 years experience and pride our selves on offering a friendly, reliable and high quality service.

We contracted Dartyl Ltd to carry out bathroom refurbishments in a Grade II* listed building comprising of 46 self catering apartments. We initially contracted them to carry out 4 bathrooms in January 2023 and were extremely pleased with the results. We then contracted them to come back and complete a further 14 bathrooms in November 2023, completing them in February 2024. Part of this work was turning some small existing WC's in to small en-suite's. Overall, we are really pleased with the quality of work and level of professionalism. We would certainly recommend Dartyl.

I have had the bottom of the house remodelled. This included removing cladding. Also a dining room wall has been removed. The kitchen has been stripped out and new units and granite workspaces fitted.All was done with minimal mess and utmost professionalism. Tyler and Darren answered all of our concerns.

Darren and Tyler are both friendly and professional. They were able to provide advice on an ongoing heating problem and have remedied an issue that we have put up with for years. When I phone with an issue they have been quick to come to our aid. They always clear up and tidy after themselves so you wouldn't know they've been. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in our area who needs a plumber. It is also worth noting, they are friendly and kind to our dog whenever they are here. He thinks they're wonderful and he's a good judge of character :-)

Annual boiler service. new digital thermostat provided and fitted. We have our boiler serviced annually by Darren. He supplied and fitted a new boiler 6 years ago which we are very pleased with. He's been coming here for nearly ten years now. He's a very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable person, always willing to help and give advice.

Latest problem was with electrical wiring in our boiler having had a new wiring loom fitted last year. Boiler service carried out annually. Darren went out of his way to rectify the problems as soon as practical to ensure we could get away on holiday without having to worry about no heating on the house while we were away. Darren always returns calls and keeps appointments and goes out of his way to help when it's needed.
