We are fully qualified and highly skilled plumbing and heating engineers with 30 years experience. Our engineers are Gas Safe Registered and accredited by Worcester Bosch, specialising in central heating installations.
We always aim to provide an excellent customer experience.

My boiler broke down on Tuesday 3rd of February. I called David at 8.45. He was with me by 9.15, inspected the boiler and advised I'd need a new boiler. Two days later the boiler was fitted, I left them working as I was due to go on holiday. They completed the work, tidied up , registered the boiler,, returned the keys and I came home to a cosy house. Price was very competitive. I have used David McKail on numerous occasions and his service is always fast, professional and trustworthy.

Fitted a new boiler very efficiently and promptly, explaining the process clearly; even fixed shortcomings by the previous installer when the house was built, which they did not need to do but felt they had to. An excellent, friendly team I would go to again with heating or plumbing issues.

When we moved house we inherited an ATAG boiler, and needed to find an experienced and reliable firm to carry out an annual service. We have now used them more than once and will continue to do so. I recently had a new heating boiler installed, and I am very pleased with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. David took the time to assess my home’s heating needs and helped advise on the correct boiler. The installation itself was smooth and completed within a day, with minimal disruption. I have been using McKail Engineers for the past 3 years. During this time we have had new bathroom, boiler and extension works completed by Davie and team. Never have to wait long to get the boys round to carry out any works, normally arrive within a few days if not next day! Davie also very thorough in discussing works before start to ensure everything goes smoothly. Good to have a reliable plumber on hand for any unforseen emergencies.

As usual, prompt, efficient and professional service. They arrive when they say they will and are always tidy. I had a boiler installed in January 2021 and have had annual servicing since. Never any issues and nothing is too much trouble. They are very reliable, too. I would highly recommend. A first class service.
