We are fully qualified and highly skilled plumbing and heating engineers with 30 years experience. Our engineers are Gas Safe Registered and accredited by Worcester Bosch, specialising in central heating installations.

My ageing boiler finally fell over just as the weather changed in the autumn. David assessed and estimated within a matter of hours and had a slot available a couple of days later to undertake installation. The guys turned up exactly on time, got to work, completed the job on time and left everything tidy and spotless. I am now cosy again! And delighted!

We had a complete bathroom renovation carried out by the David McKail and his team. The work was done over 6 days from Monday to Monday. The overall experience from start to finish was excellent. David's team,including joiners and electricians,as well as his own staff carried out the work extremely professionally and ahead of schedule. The finished bathroom is superb,better than we had anticipated. We cannot thank David and his team enough for the stellar work they have done for us. We highly recommend them.

We needed to replace our 18 year old Gas Boiler. Contacted David McKail who came the same day. No hard sell, just advice of what type/size of boiler we needed, the details re warranty, service requirement and fitting. His quote beat the other quote we obtained with the warranty extended to 10 years. We agreed to proceed and a date was arranged at our convenience. The engineers arrived at the appointed time, were extremely polite (despite needing to go out in the atrocious weather for some aspects of the fitting) and professional. Once the job was completed they cleared away all rubbish and left the area tidy. The new controls and system were fully explained. David completed the registration of the new boiler with the manufacturer on our behalf. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We moved to Stirling 6 years ago and have used this company for an annual service ever since. Recently, I had an issue with water leaking in the bathroom. I contacted David and he sent his plumbers out straight away. The plumbers arrived and very quickly diagnosed the problem which entailed a new system being fitted and also the found the overflow pipe from the bath was leaking so fitted a new pipe for this. They handled this work promptly and professionally and I was very pleased with the outcome. Every time I have used David they have been speedy, professional and reliable. I highly recommend this company.

My boiler broke down on Tuesday 3rd of February. I called David at 8.45. He was with me by 9.15, inspected the boiler and advised I'd need a new boiler. Two days later the boiler was fitted, I left them working as I was due to go on holiday. They completed the work, tidied up , registered the boiler,, returned the keys and I came home to a cosy house. Price was very competitive. I have used David McKail on numerous occasions and his service is always fast, professional and trustworthy.

Fitted a new boiler very efficiently and promptly, explaining the process clearly; even fixed shortcomings by the previous installer when the house was built, which they did not need to do but felt they had to. An excellent, friendly team I would go to again with heating or plumbing issues.

I recently had a new heating boiler installed, and I am very pleased with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. David took the time to assess my home’s heating needs and helped advise on the correct boiler. The installation itself was smooth and completed within a day, with minimal disruption. They also made sure everything was working perfectly before they left and cleaned up thoroughly. This is the first time I have used David McKail and would happily use him again.
