David Neall Decorating

I got David Neall to repaint the external masonry and woodwork of a Victorian house. He works alone, so I needed to organise scaffolding, which was no big deal. His estimate was competitive. he provided a full written quote, and did the work within the time he said and within the quote - even adding some extras in for free, like brightening up the external gas meter cupboards and bits like that. On top of that he worked tidily and was polite, friendly and approachable. And I'm pleased with the final result. I'd certainly go back to him for future jobs that come up.

David decorated our three bedroom house throughout. Ceilings walls sash windows and all woodwork. The quote given was very competitive and david provided a great deal of advice on colours and design .A professional decorator at last!! No hidden extras to pay cannot recommend highly enough .

Dave decorated several rooms for us and did a great job. He pays attention to detail, and is a very neat and tidy worker. We felt his price was very reasonable and he is no trouble to have in the house. However, he does like an early start! I thoroughly recommend Dave and will be using him again.

David did a superb job painting our kitchen woodwork and also painting our wooden kitchen floor. He is extremely reliable and professional and takes great pride in doing a good job. He turns up when he says he will, does a thorough job and completes promptly. We are delighted with our newly decorated kitchen especially the floor which now looks beautiful, a transformation. David is reasonably priced, and very clear and prompt with his quotes.

David has recently finished painting our house throughout. David was very helpful in giving sound advice on colours and finishes and gave us a very competitive quote promptly after surveying the work. David is very straightforward and easy to deal with. David works by himself and is incredibly tidy and puts a lot of thought into making sure that there is minimal disruption to your routine. David painted our hallway through the house. This included the walls, skirting, dado rail, coving, staircase and ceiling. David's standard of work was superb, his quote was very competitive and we are delighted with the end result. Highly recommended ! Thanks David.

David painted our loft conversion and hallway recently and we are very pleased by the end result. Everything has been finished to an extremely high standard. David has an incredibly professional approach to his work, is happy to give advice and knowledgeable about interior decor/design. He was also incredibly patient with us as we kept changing our minds about colour! I would recommend him without hesitation.

David painted three of our bedrooms. He was quick and efficient and left the place tidy. He was very quiet and nice to work with. We really appreciated that when we made a mistake with the colour in one room, he did not mind us changing the colour and did not overcharge for the extra work. The finished work is of a high standard and we are very pleased with it. We thought that his quote was exceptionally good value (it also included the cost of the paint).

You may well be able to find people able to do it faster, but David was clear up-front about how long it would take - and the quality finish was more important to us than speed.
