Homesafe Glazing and Locks are a local run business, based in Kingston Upon Thames, with over 25 years’ experience within the home improvement industry, providing a professional and friendly service to customers in Surrey, London and some areas of the South East.

We take extreme pride in providing an individual and personal service, have a great reputation within the local area and come highly recommended by our customers, both new and old. The majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’, one of the many reasons for this, is due to our high standard of workmanship and our customer care. We will always give honest advice and aim to provide the best product and services to meet your needs.

Unlike other home improvement companies, we survey for free - this means an experienced surveyor or engineer will visit with no call out charges. Carrying out a survey allows us to give you an accurate quote, so there are no nasty surprises. It also ensures our work is carried out to the highest possible standards.

We recently had an extension completed to the kitchen with a bespoke 3 pane sliding patio door. From the start to finish the design, installation and completion was faultless. Excellent professional approach with excellent workmanship throughout the project. Extremely happy with the work. Would highly recommend.

I used Homesafe in my previous property and knew I wanted to use them again once I moved. Once again I was not disappointed, excellent service and fantastic workmanship. Homesafe Glazing fitted four new windows to our property. The lead time was quicker than initially discussed and much quicker than discussed with a different local firm. The cost was exactly as detailed in the quote. The three guys who came to fit the windows were really nice people, who I didn't mind having in my house. Initially Danny was a bit reserved when he came to survey for the work but he was fine after that with great email and phone communication. We are very pleased with the windows.

Danny and the team did a great job installing three double glazed sash windows. I found them reliable in terms of communication and punctuality. Friendly and efficient on the day. Final invoice was exactly as per quote. I'm very happy with the quality of the job, and would definitely recommend them.

I was so pleased with the initial installation of two windows that I had the remaining windows and patio doors of my second floor flat replaced. The good-humour and professionalism of the Homesafe team meant that the whole process was much easier ( for me!) than expected. The surrounds of the windows were made good, even replacing the roller blinds so that my rooms were ready to use.

Having found this company through Which? Trusted Traders, I employed them to replace two windows suffering badly from condensation. Danny, one of the partners, measured up and noted that the windows were sticking slightly. The quotation that he provided was very reasonable and, within days, his colleague arrived with the replacement panes. He worked carefully and efficiently and, as well as replacing the panes, adjusted the windows to work smoothly. We were very pleased with the service provided by this small friendly company.

On the first visit David made very precise measurements (not all firms do). The installation by Marc and David was skilled and professional. There was less noise than I had expected and everywhere was tidied afterwards. Efficient, friendly, good workmanship - what more can you ask.
