Homesafe Glazing and Locks are a local run business, based in Kingston Upon Thames, with over 25 years’ experience within the home improvement industry, providing a professional and friendly service to customers in Surrey, London and some areas of the South East.

We take extreme pride in providing an individual and personal service, have a great reputation within the local area and come highly recommended by our customers, both new and old. The majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’, one of the many reasons for this, is due to our high standard of workmanship and our customer care. We will always give honest advice and aim to provide the best product and services to meet your needs.

Unlike other home improvement companies, we survey for free - this means an experienced surveyor or engineer will visit with no call out charges. Carrying out a survey allows us to give you an accurate quote, so there are no nasty surprises. It also ensures our work is carried out to the highest possible standards.

We recently had an extension completed to the kitchen with a bespoke 3 pane sliding patio door. From the start to finish the design, installation and completion was faultless. Excellent professional approach with excellent workmanship throughout the project. Extremely happy with the work. Would highly recommend.

We used Homesafe as we found them via Which. The team came round and gave us a good estimate that was very clear and a fair price. Door fitting was clean, on time and done by a very proficient fitter. It was done in good time (not rushed) and post work was tidied up pretty well. We had one issue that was fixed very quickly. We will use Homesafe again.

The job involved replacement of 4 sliding windows and a set of balcony doors. The replacements had to be a specific brand / model, so quotes were like for like. There was a wide spread of estimates. I asked 5 firms and Homesafe was somewhere in the middle. I was not looking for the lowest quote. What made me choose Danny was that it was important to me to meet at least one of the people who would be doing the work. Danny assessed the job more thoroughly than the others and I felt confident in my choice. Communications throughout were good. The team were a pleasure to have around. Arrived bang on time, parked with respect for the trees around the property, and worked neatly and tidily. I’m very happy with the end result, everything works perfectly, and Danny took time to talk me through a bit of maintenance and of course to ensure we were happy with everything. Thoroughly recommended.

Danny and his team changed all the windows in my house, the back garden double doors, my front door and the back door to the garage. The work was completed within the timings given/budget and to a high standard. Danny sent me images to show me what the windows/doors would look like prior to fitting, which was very helpful. Danny is very professional and puts your mind at ease, especially when this was my first time undertaking a house refurbishment project. I highly recommend Danny and his team for they are honest, trustworthy, reliable and have excellent attention to detail.

Prompt and efficient service. Very neat job. All rubbish cleaned up afterwards. Kept to agreed schedule and price. It it too soon to comment on any after-sales issues yet, but on a previous job for replacement porch doors, there was a problem with the lock becoming a bit stiff about 1 year after installation - I called them and they arrived the same day to make the necessary adjustment free of charge. So, very happy with their customer service - this was one reason that I was confident to use them again for the bathroom windows.

Homesafe have a very friendly team who were able to guide us through design, material choice and budget in order for us to achieve a wonderful finish to our home. They are diligent and practical and extremely customer-oriented in everything they do. Whenever we wanted to make any tweaks they were able to pivot quickly to accommodate. We are very happy with the finished works and would recommend anyone who wanted their windows or doors renovated to reach out to them for their advice!
