Homesafe Glazing and Locks are a local run business, based in Kingston Upon Thames, with over 25 years’ experience within the home improvement industry, providing a professional and friendly service to customers in Surrey, London and some areas of the South East.

We take extreme pride in providing an individual and personal service, have a great reputation within the local area and come highly recommended by our customers, both new and old. The majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’, one of the many reasons for this, is due to our high standard of workmanship and our customer care. We will always give honest advice and aim to provide the best product and services to meet your needs.

Unlike other home improvement companies, we survey for free - this means an experienced surveyor or engineer will visit with no call out charges. Carrying out a survey allows us to give you an accurate quote, so there are no nasty surprises. It also ensures our work is carried out to the highest possible standards.

Homesafe Glazing fitted a new front door and side windows for us. The initial survey was booked and they arrived on time. There was none of the normal sales patter, I was asked my requirements and shown what would best fit these. The job was then measured up and I was promised I would receive a quote the following day. I did receive the quote and it came in significantly cheaper that a quote I had already received for the same job. I accepted the quote and agreed a date for the fit. The fitters turned up on time and were smart and polite. They put sheets over my furniture and were very clean and tidy throughout. The job was finished in good time and to a very good standard. The fit was very professional and all the making good was of a very high standard. I would have no issues in using Homesafe Glazing for any further works to my house and I thoroughly recommend them, 10/10.

When I needed to replace all of the 12 windows and door to my houseboat, I had no hesitation in calling Homesafe for a quote having had previous experience of their superb service on another job back in February. Once again they excelled on all counts - from arriving promptly to survey the job, preparing the quote, ordering the window units and pulling out all the stops to install the windows within a very short time frame just as I had requested. A small manufacturing error in one of the windows was dealt with overnight and it's replacement was supplied and fitted before noon the next day! Exemplary 5* service - I can highly recommend David and Danny for their professionalism with a friendly smile - Excellent!

David did an excellent job replacing double glazing windows that have blown. From start to finish he was most helpful with a focus on customer service. David even fixed the hinge of my bi-fold doors without charging. I have some more double glazing windows that needs to be fixed and Homesafe Glazing will be the company I'll be calling again.

I used Homesafe to replace my back door and rear picture window. I had used them previously to replace my front door with a composite door and had been extremely happy with David's work so didn't hesitate to use them again. David is always very professional and provides outstanding service from the quote right the way through to fitting. The price is always competitive and David keeps you informed of progress every step of the way. I cannot recommend them enough.

We had three windows replaced by David and Dan at Homesafe Glazing. Excellent products, very reasonably priced and the work was carried out over one day in our small flat while I was at home. The new windows make such a difference to our flat and the finishing is excellent, they left the flat as clean as it was before they arrived. We are very happy with our new windows and would definitely use Homesafe Glazing again. Thank you!
