We are very pleased with our porch. David and his co-worker removed the old wooden frames and glass and replaced them with a fantastic new uPVC porch and composite door. We are really pleased with the result which makes a real difference to the house!

I have a large, old conservatory on the back of my house and the French doors were in a bad state of repair. They needed replacing, but I was told it would be quite difficult to do, given the age of the conservatory. I saw Homesafe Glazing on Which? Trusted Traders website. They had excellent reviews so I contacted them. David came to have a look and said it could be done. He did a very thorough survey of the job and their quote I felt was reasonable. The new doors were fitted last week according to the time schedule and budget. They did an amazing job and the end result is far better than I expected it would be. The doors fit so well you would not know they are a recent addition. It’s given the whole conservatory a facelift. The two man team worked quickly and efficiently and left the site as they found it. I am absolutely delighted with the result and would definitely use this company again. I can highly recommend them. They were also pleasant and helpful throughout and happy to answer any queries I had.

All I can say is that from the time I met David, I knew that I wanted his firm to install our windows. I did obtain two other quotes one cheaper but I decided to stick with Homesafe Glazing & Locks. I wasn’t disappointed, the level of service we received from when we first met David to the installation was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained. The installation went smoothly, the windows look great. Our flat was left clean & tidy. The aftercare was also great, the FENSA certificate arrived within a week. Having found this company through Which? Trusted Traders, I employed them to replace two windows suffering badly from condensation. Danny, one of the partners, measured up and noted that the windows were sticking slightly. The quotation that he provided was very reasonable and, within days, his colleague arrived with the replacement panes. He worked carefully and efficiently and, as well as replacing the panes, adjusted the windows to work smoothly. We were very pleased with the service provided by this small friendly company.
